I’ve reset the password and reached out to customer support. But no access. Complete waste of money. I just get an error when logging in that states “We are sorry, we had some trouble processing your request” **Developer response:** Dear Crafty diy dude - I am sorry you are experiencing issues with access to the mPassport app. The error message you refer to is normally a momentary problem with connectivity to backend services. If you are still experiencing this issue, please email customerservice@hthworldwide.com and cc aorr@hthworldwide.com. Thank you ### 1/5 — App Stopped Working *2019-02-24, version 13.1* Unable to log in on iPhone, iPad or via Internet even though reinstalled and verified new password. Sought help from HTH but it still does not allow a log in. Most frustrating. ### 1/5 — Very difficult to submit documents *2015-12-26, version 6.0* I have downloaded this as I thought it would be easier than website. Not the case all works until you attempt to take photo of invoices it takes about 5-10 attempts before it submits. So on this basis I would rate it big thumbs down and half a star if I could. You basically take a pic in the app and it automatically attaches to the claim. To me the process to fill out and submit a claim was very easy. The app also allows you to check on the status of your claims.
