The rest of the app usable, but features should be revised ### 3/5 — Nice app ruined by an update *2025-02-26, version 4.1.0* Update: Can we please get rid of the ticket activation screen and jump straight to the QR? It's been activated because I need to scan it, right? Also can we make ticets icon transparent when there are no purchased tickets and colour when I have tickets left? Thanks! Used to be my source of joy, now it's a reason he I miss subway. Previously autonomous ticket purchase now sends me to the bank app for confirmation. No transaction success icon or message- first time I bought 3 tickets before realising it worked. My tickets icon transparent even when I have a bunch of tickets there- no idea why. When you top up your account the money are taken from you card with commission but did not appear in your account. So you couldn’t buy anything and left without money. I can’t buy on 67,20 tickets - because MY MONEY I’ve put there are 67 on one payment method and 1.20 on other!!!! Seriously????? I’ve put them there it’s my account and my money!!! Why can’t I use it???? ### 1/5 — Not synced with machines *2024-08-11, version 3.9.9* I payed using the app, and when I checked on stationary machine I didn’t see it as parked. I tried to reset my password, but it didn’t allow me to do that for some reason. They hide this information in they User Agreement. Od miesiąca ją mam i stałe problemy, a to z połączeniem, a to z płatnością, a to z doładowaniem mpay konta, a to z limitem biletów? Pracownicy na czacie nic nie pomagają, jedynie przepraszają. Unikać ! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scam! Paid for parking but still got fined *2026-06-03, version 4.2.3* Beware of the hidden penalty trap! Since the beginning of the year, mPay silently stopped supporting municipal parking in Gdańsk. However, the app still reads my geolocation as "Gdańsk" but only provides a list of private WEIP parking zones without a single warning that city parking is no longer serviced there. Because of this misleading UI, I accidentally paid the wrong operator and received a heavy parking fine from the city. What is absolutely unacceptable is that mPay sent ZERO notifications (no email, no push) about dropping the municipal zones. This directly violates section 13.3 of their own Terms of Service (Regulamin), which explicitly states they will keep users informed about payment conditions and changes via the app or email. Customer support was completely useless, refused to admit their UI is a trap, and just told me to pay the fine. This is a deliberate scam to confuse drivers. Can you believe that? 😄 ### 1/5 — Takes Your Money Even Though Service Doesn’t Work *2025-12-22, version 4.2.0* Misleading and frustrating experience. The app displayed parking options for Warsaw and allowed me to add several hundred zlotys to my account. Only after I loaded the money did it inform me that their contract with the city had been terminated and the service was unavailable. I’m now stuck with money in an account I can’t use. They should have disabled deposits or shown a clear warning before accepting payment for a service they can no longer provide. ### 1/5 — Dont buy it *2025-10-25, version 4.1.9* Waste of time and money, app doesnt work when you really need it, and it charge you money just for using. Finally, I downloaded Skycash and paid without a problem through Apple Pay (because mpay doesn’t even have that feature). Thank God there were no canaries in the bus! I am uninstalling this grandfatherial app and will advise everyone to do the same.
