It doesn’t allow pasting the number in. To add a new card you cannot tap on the text field and just type it in. You have to tap “update” card as if you already had one. The interface is terrible. Your business is your app. This is how people go out of business ### 1/5 — Absolute the worst parking app I’ve used in my whole life *2026-02-07, version 2.4.5* You need half an hour to register and fail several times before being able to pay. ### 1/5 — Terrible interface, poor connectivity *2026-01-27, version 2.4.5* Parked in Middletown NJ train station, took train to airport, flew to see family in Houston. Storm hit, changed return flight to next day. Needed to add 1 extra day of parking. Been trying to connect to both website and app for 4 days on iPhone 16 and laptop, both timeout. Have strong wifi and cellular signal. What good is an app you can’t connect to? The one time I did see the interface, when out of the house in a supermarket parking lot, it was terrible and difficult to navigate. Will be recommending to Middletown that the choose a new app for parking. This is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE *2026-01-24, version 2.4.5* This apps sucks. The server always has error messages making it impossible to use the app. It freezes and crashes everyday. Won’t allow you to add money to your time, forcing you to wait til the best last second to up your time. I actually requested it twice and the second reset email took 15 hours. I tried to write this directly but the submit button on the website didn’t function. Archaic UI, don’t trust putting my credit card info in this, no Apple Pay options. Please take a look at other parking apps to see how it should be done. ### 1/5 — terrible *2025-04-23, version 2.3.20* No way to send them feedback via the app. the button is there but complains no email on profile, even though it is there and needed for the app. Beyond this the biggest issue I face is the lack of multiple credit cards or apple pay support. Many Commuter tax cards expire after a limit, this essentially means everytime I need to pay for non-commuter parking, business card, or credit runs out, I need to update credit card info in the app to personal and back again. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-04-15, version 2.3.20* So clunky, difficult to use. The website is also a joke because I typed in my Lot and the lot number but there was no place for adding how long I’d be there but it wouldn’t let Me pay until I added how long I’d be there. All of this is the biggest joke. I have so many other payment apps on my phone and they all work fine. I would recommend it, it never gave me a problem! ### 5/5 — App Now works in Dark Mode *2019-10-03, version 2.1.4* The latear version of the app now works in Dark Mode ### 4/5 — Why All the Hate??? *2023-10-11, version 2.2.14* I use this app everyday to park my vehicle at the BAT Transit Garage in Brockton to connect with the MBTA Commuter Rail. I was able to set up my vehicle profile for multiple vehicles which is great for my business tracking purposes. The app detects my location, I enter my space number and because this location is all-day parking for $2.65 you don’t have an hourly option. After completing my purchase a confirmation window opens showing my spot and my vehicle and an option to take a picture of my location so I can remember where my vehicle is. Most of these bad reviews are from years ago so it looks like they got a lot of the issues in order and addressed. I’ll give it 4 Stars because there is always room for approvement. ### 4/5 — Pay For The Meter *2020-08-03* I use it for what it was made for: to pay for parking meters. Not all towns have them where I travel to but the towns near where I live and I frequent use it. I pay for the meter for the time and if I need more time, just use my phone. Don’t have to find quarters and run out to put more time on the meter. It works for this and what it was made for. Nothing exciting. ### 4/5 — Not too bad *2019-04-02* I think this app is not nearly as bad as other people have made it out to be. I have. It works every time and I have come to rely on it.
