I've tried a variety of health, fitness and nutrition apps over the years and migrated to this one based on a recommendation from a friend and have been hooked ever since . This new version does a great job of integrating key health and fitness goal setting , workout and meal planning in one app . I highly recommend.

The programs are constantly changing and progressive. I never get bored of my workouts, and know exactly what I’m going to do every workout.
