I like having access to the information, but without a next action popping up (or even quickly accessible) it becomes much more hassle than it’s worth. If I make a call or do something and the next task isn’t set up right away, things get away from me and I drop things. So... add the option of the automatic next task and it would be a 4 or 5.

My iPad is my main device for communication which makes it inconvenient to the point of i would rather not use the app. Definitely needs a more usable layout and ability to rotate in order to use with a keyboard.

Really glad to have this app. Powerful. But I get an error dialogue a ton. I don't think errors are happening, but I feel sketchy to make edits on the app to my support team if errors are indeed happening.

Not all numbers, addresses sync properly or are available in this app. I'm on the go a lot and need numbers but can't access them because they don't show up. Fix please!

This app would be hugely convenient, if only it worked! I have deleted and redownloaded, updated, tried everything; still it only works for 5 seconds before freezing and crashing, every time. This is true for my phone and all my other devices. I end up having to just use the desktop website in browser if I want to do any mpd work.

We have tried to use this app for quite some time but it just doesn’t seem work. We have new phones, everything is updated. When we open it it just freezes up. On the rare occasion it doesn’t freeze up we can only get three taps in before it locks up. I would love to use it more…but. Would you let us know when it is usable again?

I can’t figure out a way to contact anyone on the website, so I am writing this. I try to open the app and it just brings me to a blue screen with a the logo in the background. I can’t access anything on the app. It’s been this way for a month or two. Is anyone else having this issue?

App doesn’t work.  No way to “contact support”.  Stuck in some weird login error loop with even more strange Oika login feature.  It seems the app wasn’t tested enough before being released? 
“ Error: Error fetching fresh tokens: invalid_grant:
The refresh token is invalid or expired.” on first attempt, then “ Error: errorFetchingFreshTokens("invalid.
grant: The refresh token is invalid or
expired.") pop up screen. Hitting clear session gets 400 BAD REQUEST….
I give up.

This is not an app. This is a limited browser that renders MPDX.org in a non mobile friendly format. Horrible interface.

I’ve loved this app until the most recent update which doesn’t allow me to save addresses. I have to get on a computer to enter addresses, which is not convenient. Plus, I’ve nearly lost addresses by thinking they’ve been saved and almost throwing away the paper they were written on. Also, it occasionally won’t save my tasks. So I have no idea who I’ve already called or haven’t called, which means I’m potentially going to call some contacts more than once and risk being a nuisance...not good for business!

This app has been such a helpful tool! It really helps me keep record of everything, remind me of tasks to do in the future, stay organized, and stay updated on my MPD’s current status. I’m so so glad this app was created and couldn’t imagine doing MPD without it!

Great app. Super helpful. Use it a lot. Had trouble at first when it seemed very limited and didn’t work right. Realized that my payment information in iTunes was not current. Even though it is a free app, as soon as I updated my payment information in iTunes the app works perfectly.

This app is a game changer! In ministry you experience moments where you're out, away from your computer but need to follow-up with a ministry partner or need someone's contact information that is a part of your ministry team. 

This app delivers on these fronts and more. The ability to set reminders and utilize that functionality is going to be a great assist! Can't wait for push notifications integration as this app continues to get better and better!

Whenever I go to “see all” under overdue tasks, when I try to check off completed tasks, it checks off the wrong tasks in inverted order. E.g, if there’s 9 over due tasks, and I check off the second one from the top, #2, it will check off tasks #8, the second one from the bottom.

The app’s navigability and user interface is good but I have encountered a couple issues when making calls through the app. It does well to link to my phone feature on my iPhone and make the call but on multiple occasions the app session has timed out and logged me out, cutting off my phone call and hanging up on the call. Is there a way to change the time the app stays open before it times out? If not, this would be a good feature

UPDATE: The newest update has really made this a very useable platform!  Thanks to the team who has brought this to where it is today. Looking forward to see how this gets even better. 

One suggestion I have for a future update for Cru Staff, is to be able to view the CSU Savings Fund balance.

As more staff use MPDx, it's imperative that the mobile platform become more than just a task manager (which is an amazing feature). 

I'd like to be able to see everything that you can see from the website. Such as the graph of donations (at least for the current month), on profiles- see donation history graph (or at least in text form). 

Not important- update colour scheme to your organisation (cru gold for cru?). Maybe improve the overall font and font size (overall everything seems so big).

Pros:  
*I love that I could import much of the information of my ministry partners. I did this by easily logging into the website of my ministry.
*I love that it's accessible and convenient. It's so handy to have it with me on my phone.
*The interface is easy to use and understand. It's easy to add a note, contact, or reminder with just a couple taps.
*I love that I can call, text, or email a contact straight from the app! Fabulous!

Cons: (Or things I'd love to see):
*Does not import donation information. (i.e. amounts, dates, overdue pledges etc.) I would use the app WAY more if it had this information. In addition, if it had a tab for "recent donations" that I could tap to view the most recent financial gifts without having to search ministry partners by name.
*Cannot sync iPhone contacts with mpdx contacts and vice versa. This would make adding contacts a lot easier!
*It would be great to be able to add a contact's social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.

Bugs: 
*I cannot tap on the settings button. When I tap menu and there is a option to tap settings, tapping on it chooses what is behind it instead. When in contacts, it chooses the contact behind the menu.

*For some contacts it downloads multiple addresses (current and former) for contacts instead of just the current address. (Two contacts have 8 addresses each.) This is easy to edit as long as I can figure out which one is the current address. Also, it may be a database problem with the ministry and not be a bug with the app.

Thanks for a great app so far. I hope that as you add more features I will find more use for it. Right now all I do is copy the addresses from it and add them into my native iPhone contacts app, and then add notes there as needed. By doing that, there seems less need to use your app. Convince me to use your app more! :) Bring in donation info!

I like that the app is available! 

However, I do t see a way to change the passcode, I do t see a 6-digit option, and enabling faceID disables the app altogether (crashes upon attempt to open). Mus remove and reinstall to get it working again (force restart doesn’t work). Will attempt iOS update (set to auto but it NEVER does it) later and update feedback if that resolves faceID).

Regardless of how many updates on my iPhone 13 this app always freezes once I try to check the contacts or go to the donation part.

I want to love this app, but it is really inconvenient for use on my iPad with a keyboard, which is what I use the majority of the time for work. I love having it on my phone to quickly search a contact on my way to appointments, but it is almost unusable in my daily work routine unfortunately. I would absolutely love an update that adds the rotation feature for this reason!
