Had a problem with a new iPad. We were utilizing with it sending from the wrong email no fault of the apps it was the iPads I called up Mary one of the service reps was absolutely wonderful. She jumped over backwards to take care of us. Her professional was very impressive. I hope all of their employees are as good as Mary. I was nothing but pleased.

Have been using this app for daily work orders for almost 10 years now. Frequently updated to keep pace with new iPads, Can’t believe how little I paid for it vs how much value I’ve gotten out of it. Really appreciate the one time fee instead of having to pay a monthly or annual subscription.

I’ve been using this app since 2014. It has such excellent features. 
You can run reports for practically everything.

It keeps track of inventory and price sold and paid for. It also has a mark up percent if you would rather just use that. 

One of the features that I use a lot is history. I can look up a job I did 4 years ago, and see a itemized breakdown of what I charged him for labor and what I charged him for parts…. this is very useful for me The only thing that is time consuming, which would be with any app like this, is inputting the customer information for the first time as well as adding your inventory to the system for the first time. After that it’s just a matter of pushing a button and it’s all added to the service call invoice ticket. 

I couldn’t say enough good things about this company or the app that they made, anytime you have a question they will write you back immediately and they really stand behind their app and have a great customer service 

I usually do not write reviews myself however I feel very strongly that this app deserves it and I encourage anyone who is in the service industry to definitely check them out.

I have used this app for years. It was exactly what my business needed to have something simple and to keep very detailed customer records and history. I run a computer repair business. I work alone but I also work with a couple sub-contractors. I pay for them to download this app, sync my data to them and instantly they’re setup to email clients invoices and at the same it CCs me so I know what work was done. I haven’t had to contact customer service for a long time but when I did they were always super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better app right when I needed it.

Fantastic technical support. Quick response! I’ve been using this app for 2 years now and for me as a one man show its perfect. Write up invoices and quotes right in the customers driveway. If there’s one thing they can improve is the scheduler as it does not sync up by month but how the info is entered. Honestly could be me doing something wrong.

I have used this app for almost 5 years exclusively. There have been issues in the past like not updating for a IPad Pro capability. But, when you can’t email a customer their invoice that is not acceptable. I have tried to email them numerous times with no response. I’m very disappointed with this app now because when you have hundreds of customers names, addresses and their information on a database, and now you have to repopulate it to another app that is very time consuming. I wish they would have responded to my emails!

I started my business small 4 1/2 years ago, now that my business has grown and I needed more iPads and upgrading iPads it was simple to back up even using an old iPad 1st generation. I was frustrated when I upgraded my IPad to an IPad Pro and I was not able to back up to itunes because of how old my 1st Gen IPad was, but with this app you can back up all files, email and send it to your new IPad Pro. Thank you for making this awesome app!

I’ve used this app for 3 years and it’s been great...up until iOS11. When the app was updated for iOS11 the look was totally changed. If you look at the pictures you can see that the font is to small and there is a lot of wasted space. It makes it really hard to read and I’ve have had my customers complain about how hard it is also. This needs to be changed back like it was. If I didn’t already have it I would look for something else.
