### 1/5 — 2 factor identification jacked it all up

I haven’t been able to log into the website on my phone for months because it doesn’t accept the verify code, always says the site is down.  I downloaded this app in the hopes this would be better but all it does is direct me back to the website of death to log in.  I called to ask for assistance and the clerk had no idea what I meant, but clearly other people are experiencing the same.  It works on a desktop/laptop but not a phone.  Terrible.

I haven’t been able to log in for months- it gives me an error after 2FA. Would be nice to check my hours on the go but that is just not possible. 100% useless app until that is fixed

Unable to pay my premium because all the app says is that im ineligible. Now i have to get my husband to call or visit the office and pay. Waste of time.

Won’t let me login... it redirects me to the store to update the app, but the App Store says have the most current version.

Disappointed to have to write a negative review. I’ve used this app for years, I consider it a critical app. The last 2-3 updates, when viewing Claims, it bounces all over the place on the timeline when going back to the list from looking at a claim. I opened a claim from 6/2/25–or so I thought—and what opened was a different claim from 10/24/24. Ridiculous. Especially after being forced just now to update to the latest version. Also, I almost got locked out because—and this is the ONLY app that does this—when the code comes in via SMS, you can’t auto-populate the code like every other app, you have to recall the six digits and manually enter them; the app won’t accept it except by being typed in. Also ridiculous. It’s a good thing I noticed it showed “0 attempts remaining” because I kept watching the code enter the box and then disappear (who knew each app failure counted as an “attempt” on my part?). Fascinating. But not helpful. Sometimes it’s just better at this point to use a mobile browser…it’s embarrassing in this day and age that these basic functions do not work as expected and are standard today.  Being a freelance industry, we need reliable access to the data that MPIPHP has on us. This does not provide that reliability, and it’s a shame.

I was keyed into this app after our guild suggested we use it to better track our hours. 

Unfortunately, while it may be good for premium payment and bills (I like the clean interface) there doesn’t seem to be a breakdown of the hours that are being contributed on a week by week basis, labeled by employer, the way they are on the website. And since it always takes a long time for weeks worked to reflect on MPI I don’t think this app is useful for those trying to track their hours except in the most basic way.

I would love to see an update so I can see where my hours came from and track them, like on the website. Also, the app crashes constantly and it’s frustrating.

The undated eligibility UI is much harder to read and shows much less information than the old UI. Please bring back the old UI!
