This app is overall good, but it takes forever to download our songs for offline listening. Large files don’t even get downloaded, the download gauge gets stuck.

Please fix how often it crashes like when it changes songs or I select a different song from MEGA. I bought the pro version because it didn’t have these bugs when I was trying the free version. I’m seriously considering changing apps please fix this major bug. Edit 2/06/24: He fixed it. I know you don’t read these but it’d be cool if you added a + and - button to the audio equalizer for precise 0.1 adjustments. Edit 3/23/24: Another cool feature would be audio equalizer custom presets for specific songs! 🤩

I have had this app for about a month +/- and have experienced zero problems with it. Pay for the Premium version - it’s worth it.
Yes, you have to keep the app open and active while downloading your songs, however, there is an option for this in the settings, so just download overnight.
Only recommendations:  I wish there was a way to only save the playlist file in iCloud instead of all of the songs of the playlist. This would free up so much room in iCloud and allow easy access to playlists across all iOS devices. Also, never expect a response back from the developer. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, great app.

Think about it this way… this third party is accessing your private drives, but can’t code a basic media player. It’s so bad, I’m starting to wonder if it’s a Chinese scam app, harvesting your login details. At best, a bunch of incompetent developers can now see your completely legal content in your drives, has your phone details, location details and who knows what association they have. All I wanted was a media player to play the very basic file types, instead it constantly logs out (suspicious), can’t read the folders, search doesn’t work, files lag playing, and you need a a third party email app just to contact them. I paid for premium, what a waste of money.

It has all the features a perfect modern music player should have, but they’re all locked behind a 5$ paywall, you get setup with ads frequently if you haven’t jumped the paywall, and there’s still constant crashing even if you passed the paywall, maybe it’s because of the playlist (2000+) I’m using but man, shouldn’t there be warnings for crashing, or a report system? (IE: this playlist is too big, crashing might occur)

I think this app’s interactant logic is a little confused.

When I slide down the screen from the playlist interface, it’s a refresh action.

But when I slide down the screen from the music play interface, it’s a “exit the music play interface” action.

By the other side,

When I slide right from the playlists interface, it’s an “exit the playlists interface” action.

But when I slide right from the music play interface, it’s an “switch to previous music” action.

I think your user interface’s interactant logic should be more consistent.

Maybe when I slide down from both of playlists and music play interface, the interface react “exit current interface” are better. And when I slide to right from both playlists and music interface, the interface react refresh/switch are better.

Do you get my meaning, man?

Our music group, Minimum Admin use Mega to save and share our tracks in production. To be able to upload tracks straight into this iPhone and iPad player is awesome. The M-player itself some great little features, like being able to mix or choose pre-set EQ’s whilst listening to a song, change song tempo, alter gain and my favourite is being able to leave bookmarks on tracks. Excellent for music makers to take time stamped notes on things we want to change in production. The 2023 update has fixed most crashing issues that were occurring during track changes, still happens occasionally, but the benefits outweigh the occasional hassle of this. Grateful for this app, 5 stars. Thanks guys - Kenny K / MK
