dal 2018 non funziona più l'app. la memoria funziona normalmente su pc ma non funziona più su iphone. ho contattato l'assistenza ma non mi ha fornito nessun aiuto

OSアップデート(11.3)してから動画再生でOSが不安定になる！

3月？のアップデート以降外部ストレージの反応がなく、唯のUSBメモリとしてしか使用出来ない状態でした。

今回のアップデートで使えるようになりました！！以前と同じように使えるので満足です。

ただ、改悪アップデートからの改善が遅かったので、もう少し早く対応して頂けたら嬉しかったです。。。
