This program is fantastic because I’ve been doing it for 4 years. I was a caregiver 24x7to my mother and I was not able to leave to go to the gym. I found MPR to meet all my needs. I appreciate the flexibility to do it at my own schedule.  Michael is an awesome trainer. I love how the food schedule is broken down to make it easier how to shop and not waste money. I hope everyone who is looking for a change and do it from home. Should try this program out.
