Practice Question #1 = is there an exception to the foregoing rule?

What foregoing rule?  One wasn’t given.

Another question asked when representing a client of diminished capacity, should you look to family members OR the client.  Options are yes or no.  You look to the client...yes.  You look to the family members?  No.  

Is just a very poorly designed, poorly written test.
