I can’t imagine why they has soooo many issues with but it sounds like they’re not dedicating time or resources to keeping it up and running enough to provide adequate service to the Filipino. ### 1/5 — Poor App *2024-11-05, version 4.6* Can’t access the balance is my account in this case app . How can I access my account balance using this app? ### 1/5 — Log in problems *2024-11-03, version 4.6* Since the time they updated I couldn’t log in. It always stated invalid login method. But when you go through Google log in. It will state “email already registered”. When you try request for password states “invalid email” and when you try registering again, it states “email already in use”. I have had no problems with the older version. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2024-08-15, version 4.5* App says that the email i used is invalid. Face log in doesn’t work as i still need to input my email which it says is not valid. Even if i try to forget the password, email is still invalid. But when i try to sign up again using the very same email i used with no typographical error, app says it’s already in use. A very faulty & useless app that only consumes your phones memory ### 1/5 — Sign in with Apple DOES NOT WORK *2024-08-15, version 4.5* i used to access the app using sign in with apple but now it gives me error “email mandatory to create account” when i already have an account!!! now i can’t even link my easytrip account to another account i created because this gawd awful app won’t let me log in but it won’t let me because it says my easytrip account is already linked to another account, the one which it wouldn’t let me log into! useless update. stop fixing what ain’t broke! ### 1/5 — Negative Stars! *2024-07-27, version 4.3* Absolutely useless. Can’t log in using face ID which used to work in the past, but now it says email is mandatory. But when you try to log in using Google it says email already registered. However if you try to click on forgot password it says email is invalid, like what the hell is even this? A multi-billion peso company that can’t/won’t even hire competent software engineers is a reflection of everything that’s wrong in this country. ### 1/5 — Crashing app *2024-07-19* Its keep on crashing ### 1/5 — Registered Account was removed after the Update *2024-06-15, version 4.2* Before the app update, everything is okay and working as intended. Then the update came, it says im not yet registered, so i register. Same email, contact number, name, DOB etc. success! Then time to add my easytrip rfid acct, same account number, same card number, BOOM! Card is already registered to another account. Reached out via chat (website) end up with a Bot. Now I can’t log in because it keeps getting credential errors and yet I can’t register again because my email is already registered. Worst part is when I loaded using my account number via gcash it didn’t reflect at all. ### 1/5 — Unable to login via Apple ID Sign-in *2024-06-04, version 4.1* This app is trash, after the latest update I was not able to login it says “Email is mandatory to create account” so I try different method like sign in with google, after I login using my google I was not able to link my card due to mg previous login with my Apple ID which no longer working. Fix this asap! ### 1/5 — Multiple RFIDs *2024-06-04, version 4.1* I was able to register both cars with the app hoping that I can monitor both accounts, however, the secondary account does not display the balance. I am not sure if I just don’t know how to view the other car’s credits or it doesn’t really display it but I hope this issue is fixed sooner than later. ### 1/5 — No longer able to use *2024-06-04, version 4.1* The app logged me out after the update and when I logged back in my RFID accounts was deleted. Tried to sync my account back but it is now saying account already in use. I tried to sign up and hoping that it could merge from my previous account but to no avail. I can no longer check my balance as my card no is already linked to my previous account which I can no longer access. This is too much of a hassle ### 1/5 — New update but worse cannot log in *2024-05-24, version 4.0* I always use the app to track the Easytrip balance, reload and check toll fees BEFORE but now I cannot even log in the app usingy apple ID because it states that “Email is mandatory” but before they update it I always use my Apple ID to log in and now I can’t. I’ve tried my Gmail but it says it’s already in use and tried to reset password but it’s says account cannot be found. Even when it does load, it takes extremely long — sometimes I wait over 10 minutes with no progress. On top of that, I still can’t top up my account because the app never responds. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro Max with iOS 18, so the issue is definitely not my device. The app performance is just very poor. Please fix these problems — it’s becoming unusable. ### 1/5 — App needs updated IOS??? *2025-10-22, version 4.6* Why would you even need to do this with such a simple app??? It was okay using it before, but now I cant access it because it is requiring me to have the latesr Ios??? Why??? You can improve or update the app, but a lot of think that upgrading Ios version is it not ncessary! A lot of us have older devices and cannot upate! Luckily, I opened my face recognition, so I can still open it. I checked my information and my email was right so how is it impossible that I can't register my email? Fix this please I can't use the forget password 🫠 ### 1/5 — : Frustration with Version Requirement for MPT App *2025-05-13, version 4.6* I recently attempted to use the MPT App, but I was disappointed to find that it requires a higher version of iOS than what my device currently supports. It’s frustrating to feel excluded from using an app that I’d like to access with my existing account. I believe it would be beneficial for the developers to reconsider the version requirements, making the app accessible to a wider range of users. Many of us have older devices, and it would be great to have the option to use the app without needing to upgrade our phones. Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope to see improvements in future updates! ### 1/5 — Stupid customer care *2025-03-15, version 4.9* Your customer care on email has the worst comprehension in the world. Take too long to reply but answers are very unhelpful. I asked how much was the toll fee because i think i was deducted with the wrong toll fee. Instead of telling me how much they gave me instruction on how to check on CAMS which is also nit working properly! Very question but cant do!!! ### 1/5 — disappointing app *2025-03-01, version 4.9* I tried this toll fee monitoring app, and it was really frustrating. The app is riddled with bugs and crashes often, making it nearly unusable. Its layout is confusing, and important features are buried deep in menus. Additionally, it's slow to load, and many buttons are unresponsive. The toll calculations are often inaccurate, making the app unreliable. To make matters worse, the app requires you to register an account just to see your balance, which feels unnecessary and adds an extra layer of hassle. Overall, this app needs a lot of improvement, and I recommend looking for a better alternative. ### 1/5 — Password Expiry *2025-02-07, version 4.9* Some government apps allow to reuse old password. Is monthly password renewal a thing for old folks like me? But this one doesn’t. If you try to email their customer service they will ask for all sorts of documents. I just want to check my balance and thats it. Please fix your processes to make it easier for us your customers. ### 1/5 — Most Useless App *2024-12-27, version 4.7* You can't add an RFID because it's already linked to another account. When you try to open the account, it says the password is wrong, so you try to reset it. But when you attempt to reset the password, it shows an error saying the email is invalid, even though the email is already registered. If you try creating a new account with a different email, you still can't add the RFID because it's linked to the other account. It keeps saying "invalid." Dahil simula ng nag-update, hindi ko na magamit ilang months na. Tinuruan ako ng Customer service. Punta kayo sa Settings, Apple ID, Sign-in & Security, Sign in with apple, MPT drivehub, stop using apple ID, stop using. Punta ka sa MPT drivehub, select apple id logo to sign in. Okay na yan. The max you can reload, however, is only PP 1000. Gave a step by step procedure about the issue at hand and its all working properly now. This should not be experienced by customers though without any proper and maybe aggressive advisory. ### 4/5 — Better than nothing *2023-10-01, version 3.16* I have two accounts. Easily added both for convenience of a quick check before heading out in the morning. I can also do a quick check of recent transactions. The reloading function is OK, but takes too many steps between the app and the payment gateway. I prefer to use other means anyway, so that ain’t my problem. If you use it like I do, then you won’t have a problem. If you expect realtime updates, boy you’re in for a treat.
