It makes refilling a breeze. I also love that all my information is stored right inside of the app, so i don’t have to keep putting it in over and over each time. The app is formatted incredibly well and is super easy to navigate through. So glad we get an updated version now! ### 5/5 — Outstanding App - thanks MedQuest! *2019-02-25, version 2.0* I’d been using the last version of this app for a long time, it worked okay for refills, but didn’t offer a lot of info about my prescriptions or history. Didn’t even say prices and couldn’t manage any of my information. This new version is amazing - all the info I could ever need about my RXs is available to me and it’s really easy to use. I also love that you can order the Nutrascriptive supplements right from the app! You can tell that the developers at MedQuest put a lot of time and effort into making this functional and aesthetically pleasing. Thank you MedQuest!!! I will be recommending your pharmacy and this new app to everyone I know. ### 5/5 — Great new features *2019-02-23, version 2.0* I’ve been using the older version for quite some time and it was ok. It always bugged me that I couldn’t change my address and credit card information. This new version allows me to change everything. I’ve asked numerous times to have someone fix it. So basically the app is useless. I have to call every time when I place an order. ### 1/5 — Seems to not play nicely with Apple *2025-09-19, version 3.3.4* Resetting password is a pain. App hangs. Will have to call customer service to get my Rx filled. Don't plan on using this app again. ### 1/5 — Data Breach - Oct 2021 *2022-01-06, version 3.3.1* In October 2021, MedQuest experienced a data beach affecting 39,000 of their customers. — — They could have used this app to inform them in a timely manner or put this information on their website but they chose not to. — — It seems they chose not to encrypt your data either. — — Patient’s protected health information was stolen including dates of of birth, prescription information, medical record and insurance information, addresses, phone number, names of prescribers, Medicare number, email address, and more. — — They waited two months to notify patient then did so with a mass bulk mail. In that letter, they made no apology and offered one year of free credit monitoring service…. A year…. This breach could lead to identity theft lasting a lifetime. I’d give this app and this company ZERO STARS if that were possible. — — Why they didn’t seem to encrypt our personal health information, contact their customers sooner, or offer a minimum of five years of protection is beyond me. — — And why Equifax? They had a massive data breach of their own exposing the data of over 147 million people in 2017. Yep, that’s a GREAT company to trust with monitoring your data. 🙄 — — It’s unfortunate, I like the customer service agents and they’re quick and friendly. But whoever advised them of responding to this data breach… WORTHLESS ### 1/5 — Bad App *2019-02-17* This app never works well on my IPhone7. Never have been able to do a refill without calling in. **Developer response:** We apologize for any technical problems you had with the old version of our app. We are pleased to announce a new version of the app that was just released. In addition to supporting iPad, you can now fully manage your account and orders from the app. ### 1/5 — Worst app Ever *2019-02-09, version 1.2.1* App locks up constantly!
