1. You need to download the app in order to charge your phone… but what if your phone is dead??
2. I went to verify my email to create an account and when I typed in the code nothing happened.

Doesnt work, stupid design.

**Developer response:** Hi! Our service is a portable battery rental — so the app is meant to be downloaded before your phone dies, just like any other app you use daily.
