It took 3 hours to finally get everything settled but when contacting customer service they were not very helpful either. Whenever you try and enter any credit card information the application will keep jumping/reloading the screen. ### 1/5 — Super disappointed *2020-07-01, version 1.1.0* If you can use another app, do it. I set a time for a delivery, never got a confirmation, started a chat where the person told me that my food would be delivered a half hour early because that’s “the time I set.” I said fine because I figured early food is better than late. No I was wrong. Not only was my food late, but I started another chat to figure it out and all they could say was sorry for the delay and that in the future they’d try better. Then THEY ended the chat. When I still have no idea how long or where my food is exactly, and I’m the one paying for it, but they can just stop talking to me and ignore me if they want. Such a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate *2019-11-24, version 1.1.0* The estimated time of arrival ended up being an whole hour late. There is no customer service whatsoever to speak with someone about issues. Won’t be ordering from mr. delivery. Also like to add all their promo codes are trash and never work. ### 1/5 — Do not recommend *2019-08-05, version 1.1.0* Used this once and never again. I ended up getting the wrong food and they couldn’t get my actual food delivered too me so they were supposed to give me a refund and I never got it. I called there customer service 3-4 times and they kept saying they would call me back within 24 hours and never did! Horrible 🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Horrible *2019-07-19, version 1.1.0* I created an account with my address and everything only to find out that they don’t deliver in my area. As a good delivery app I feel they should deliver all over. If not they should thrill you ahead of time that they don’t deliver to certain areas. ### 3/5 — Very difficult to navigate *2019-06-28, version 1.1.0* The login/track/shopping cart bar pops up at the bottom at random times as does the search bar. I thought at first that you had to scroll to get it to pop up, but it does does it at random times. When trying to write a review, the app glitches and kicked me off. It’s really my last resort delivery app because of the navigation, but the options are great and the delivery has been great so far, so that’s why I’m giving it 3 instead of 1 star. If it was based on just the app itself, it would be a 1. An update to the app to make it more user friendly would make this app much better than the other food apps, so I’m hoping that happens soon. ### 4/5 — Great but takes a long time. *2019-06-02, version 1.1.0* Mr. Delivery is a great app to use when you want to order food from home. The only downside to this is that it takes a while. But you can counteract that and occupy yourself and it feels like a short amount of time. Would recommend if you don’t want to use a credit card. Just a wait but it is a fine app overall. ### 1/5 — Slow and cold *2019-05-28, version 1.1.0* The worst delivery. Twice now my food has to be reheated. Stone cold. Serious incompetence here. The only reason I ordered twice through them was because of options like another user said. Not worth it..... ### 5/5 — Review *2019-05-04, version 1.1.0* The food was just a tad late, due to the driver having multiple other deliveries but the food arrived hot and the driver was pleasant. I’d highly recommend. This is an awesome up and coming company and thank you to Hayden the rep that I talked to while wondering where the food was. I got a $10 credit for the food being just a little late and it is over all a great experience. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2019-03-05, version 1.1.0* It has so many great food options but the app is awful. Very glitchy and crashes all the time. The map showing where your driver is at is pointless because it’s always extremely delayed. It’ll show that the driver is at the restaurant when they’re actually knocking on my front door.
