Of the 7 scans I’ve completed, 3 registered into points into the app. The others I have had to email customer service to get fixed. Server entered though restaurant system, even confirmed my name. Hasn’t updated points on my account at all in 24 hours. And no promised (50) bonus points that were part of the advertising.
