I do not live in Arizona, so as soon as I got to Scottsdale, I had to come try Mr. Pickles. I had the Pastrami sandwich. I picked out the Sammi size on Marbled Rye, and it was more than enough with a bag of chips. I also added a soda. The app generated an error message each time, and when I called the store they said they hadn’t received an order from me. I then successfully ordered by manually entering my credit card info. However I later saw that I was charged anyways for both failed orders. In addition the rewards points I used on the failed orders were deducted. The app should only charge the financial institution on successful transactions. I got the Dutch crunch bread and it seemed as if I was given day old bread. So tough that it cut the roof of my mouth.
