It’s a basic time saving thing and I’d really love it to be fixed ### 3/5 — 4 Days In *2025-12-30, version 26.1* Sandwich is good, bread was ehh. I got the Dutch crunch bread and it seemed as if I was given day old bread. So tough that it cut the roof of my mouth. Customers are permitted just 10 spaces total to request, for example, "Condiments on the Side" or "pickles on the side". You must order online. That makes no sense that a customer ID number of bar code couldn’t be generated by the app and scanned in-store. If it can be done in-store, two locations are unaware of this. ### 3/5 — most everything works *2025-01-08, version 24.12.2024091001* I really love mr.pickles. love the food, its amazing hands down my go to spot for lunch. always fresh and so good. but the app itself has some problems. everything should be manually input. do not try to do anything fancy (although most other apps now use these features, such as apple pay, and shortcuts so you dont have to put in all your card info.) even on the online website i had problems. However, the short cut Favorites feature never works or it will only add sides into my basket, but never the sandwiches. Apple Pay never works. The Order Again feature doesn't work. Worst experience on an app I’ve ever had. Never ordering from here again. ### 1/5 — Failed Apple Pay transactions *2026-01-01, version 26.1* I tried to order today twice using Apple Pay. The app generated an error message each time, and when I called the store they said they hadn’t received an order from me. I then successfully ordered by manually entering my credit card info. However I later saw that I was charged anyways for both failed orders. In addition the rewards points I used on the failed orders were deducted. The app should only charge the financial institution on successful transactions. The app’s support link just redirects people to talk to their bank. ### 1/5 — Wtf did you guys do? *2025-12-22, version 26.1* Why would a sandwich shop take away the build your own sandwich feature. That’s absolute madness. Very dumb business idea and honestly surprised they haven’t fixed it now it’s been about a month. I picked out the Sammi size on Marbled Rye, and it was more than enough with a bag of chips. I also added a soda. Sailor The young lady working the counter greeted me at the counter and helped me pick out a sandwich!
