I’ve gotten many thousands of dollars back! It always works correctly and rebates are always given in a timely manner. My only negative is that when I shop on my mobile app, the Mr Rebates app doesn’t always work with the app version of many retailers, I have to use the web version of the store involved instead. They have tons of great stores, but I think what I love the most is that unlike some other rebate apps/sites, Mr. Rebates will always show you what additional coupons are available, when you can use the app or not, so you aren’t wasting your time if things aren’t eligible for the rebate. They also seem to have a higher rebate percentage compared to other sites. The checkout is so simple to get paid, and they even remind you with emails to ask for your money! After this update, I haven’t received any cash back from using it! What’s more ridiculous is some of my previous cash back turned out to be ZERO!!!! I didn’t return any of these orders! Very disappointed and will not use this App anymore! I will only use Rakuten in the future! ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-06-07, version 1.1.8* This app is a scam. I have used Rakuten and other cash back apps for years without issue. This Mr. Rebates app never tracks my purchases, I have to manually report them and then they take months to get back to me, requiring multiple emails and follow up. Recently they have started saying that the merchant is denying them on my manual requests I submit. I will never use this app again and I HIGHLY advise AGAINST using this app for cash back. You won’t see a penny of it. This application was very good but apparently they are already cheating buyers. No longer use this application, use other applications than if they really pay. this is a fraud. He estado conversando con algunas tiendas que realicé pedidos y me informan que todo está normal y que el problema solo lo tiene Mr Rebates , entonces de aquí podemos deducir que ellos no quieren pagar las comisiones correspondientes después que ya todo está verificado. I have not been able to find it place for “contact us “, however. I made a large purchase from Macy’s in June and have not been credited with the cash nor is it in cash pending although the order has shipped. I find that very upsetting and there should be some way to contact Mr Rebates. I’m back to using Ebates because this app stole at least 10 dollars worth of rewards out of my account and wanted me to send them receipts saying what coupons I used so they can give them back to me. Today is the 90th day, hallelujah, I never thought it would get here. Clicked PayPal transfer, says “Mr. Rebates will process Paypal payments at the beginning of March for your request that was made in February.” 4 months for rebates. For the age of technology, this is remarkably slow and gives me enough incentive to not use your app in the future. I gave 2 stars for all the stores available! Pretty sweet selection. Too slow for me though. IBOTTA is 30 days and instant cashback into Venmo. You guys are 4x’s longer. Good luck in the future! People talk about the other sites you can join to save money- I’m staying true to Mr. Rebates because he’s treated me so well for so many years. This other company ONLY pays quarterly & has SO MANY restrictions on purchases that it’s hard to earn a decent amount unless you’re a daily shopper (which I’m not). *I’m always leery when a company quietly changes its name & then re-emerges with aggressive marketing under its new name.
