I called the technician in advance to confirm if he is coming or not but he didn’t picked up the call. As I was shifting from one flat to another, I got in trouble when technician didn’t showed up. When I checked why my case got cancelled, it says that “the customer didn’t picked up the call”. Very poor association of Mr Right app with Technicians.
