First of all you don’t send confirmation emails. Secondly it sends your order to a random location, not the nearest location to you. Very old school app

I really want to support my favourite Canadian sub shop but it’s extremely difficult when the app doesn’t work. Cannot order through it and I’ll be pressed for time tomorrow so I can’t walk in and wait. Just unfortunate.

For years Mr Sub has had a terrible app. So much so that once every year or so I download it to my phone and see what it’s like and often end up deleting it immediately…. Today I did it again….

And it’s a great app!! Seriously. Compared to other apps it holds up and has all the features you’d look for. Kudos to Mr Sub for finally making something that works.

Like the title said. Used the app for years no issues now it’s been weeks the app just freezes on a blank lit screen. Please update. I’m getting tired of Subway all the time.
