The soonest the app will let me order is April 21. The app also says my selected store isn’t enrolled in the loyalty program, which is untrue. ### 1/5 — Worst user experience *2026-04-12* This app is designed in a way designer feels easy … its not designed in a way that customers experience is smooth .. login and ordering the whole experience is worst .. even after entering info 5 times it was not saving and after i made account and was able to place order after 45 mins of struggling.. when i close the app and open it again it keeps logging u out even if we save and select to login automatically .. and while i went to pickup it didnt show my order in The aap .. It would not let me continue unless I entered a date and time. The first date available for pickup is tomorrow. I’m hungry today. Useless app. Edit: looks like it’s just the store on Brock in Pickering that is not accepting orders for today. Today I did it again…. And it’s a great app!! Seriously. Compared to other apps it holds up and has all the features you’d look for. The mr sub stores cannot scan the card in the app… i have to read the number to them each time. Also can you let us add a physical card to the app after we have signed up to the app?
