Worst customer service ever.

Was expecting the application to be that useful but unfortunately it wasn't...
I posted a job and I received only one offer and even they didn't call me back for the final appointment.
I believe it will take so much time to reach there.
Nice idea but the application is not useful and you cannot rely on it at all.

Many writing mistakes in the app like in the send notification pop up: it’s cancel not casel.
Also I would like to choose myself the location of the service required or be able to choose all locations instead of the app trying to access my location.

This app is so helpful. All your little home tasks kept in one place. Quick responses from multiple places and at reasonable prices. I find myself using it more and more as it is so convenient. The reviews of each company are helpful too as you’re comfortable making the right decision.

I am so happy I found this app. I was sick of being ripped off here in Dubai with outrageous call out fees, and companies charging me 2 Call outs because I wanted 2 different things fixed in the home. Using the app, a lot of the companies have normal and negotiable prices and some even come and do a free inspection first. Just completed my first job, and very happy the entire installation was completed in one hour, thanks to the workers bringing all the parts and supplies with them!

Thanks guys! Every job I posted was done on time! Unlike how things goes in Dubai as service providers are never on time. 

If you are lost or stuck posting a job.. DO NOT WORRY!!!! I was surprised by the team and the support provided! Honestly I may say this is the only service app amazed me so far!!  👍 .. PS: I am still shocked about how my day went productive & on time!! Wow

It is amazing, you can easily find a good painter, plumber, mechanic, moving service even cooking classes in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or all over UAE. They get the the best price with many offers from ustas and service providers. I definitely use this app whenever I need a service
