Your cat stays home, in their own routine, with a sitter who only does cats. Every sitter is background checked before they can list, and they are here because cats are the animal they actually understand. No dog walkers picking up cat visits on the side. HOW IT WORKS Search sitters near you, read their reviews, and send a request with your dates. Sitters reply within 24 hours, and you are refunded in full if they cannot make it. Before your first sit with a new sitter, you meet them. The meet and greet is free, and if it is not a fit you can cancel with a full refund for 24 hours afterwards. WHILE YOU ARE AWAY After every visit you get an update: photos, and a note on how your cat ate and played. Each cat gets their own tags, so you know which one cleaned the bowl and which one needed coaxing out from under the bed. Message your sitter any time. Medication, litter, the specific way your cat likes the blinds left: it all lives in one place, and your sitter has it before they arrive. BOOKING AND PAYMENT Prices are shown all in, before you book. Payment is held when you request and released to your sitter after the sit is done. Each sitter sets their own cancellation policy, shown on their profile and again before you pay. Change your mind within 24 hours of booking, with a day still to go before the sit starts, and you are refunded in full whatever their policy says. Currently serving the San Francisco Bay Area. ## Key features - Cat-only sitters - Background-checked sitters - In-home routine care - Photo and note updates - Centralized care instructions - Meet and greet option ## Is Mraav safe? All sitters on Mraav undergo a background check before they can list their services. They are chosen specifically because they understand and prefer cats, differentiating them from general pet sitters. ### What kind of updates will I receive while away? After each visit, you will receive an update that includes photos and notes detailing how your cat ate and played. This allows you to stay connected and informed about your cat's well-being. ### Can I manage specific care instructions for my cat? If it's not a good fit, you can cancel within 24 hours of the meet and greet for a full refund. ### What is the cancellation policy for Mraav bookings? While each sitter sets their own cancellation policy, you are guaranteed a full refund if you change your mind within 24 hours of booking, provided there is still at least one day remaining before the sit begins. ### Is Mraav available in my area?
