Biggest problem is that my debit card got compromised after this transaction. I have had the same debit card forever. Never had any issue traveling, shopping online, or any retail or fuel purchase. I am very careful. Had the same debit card for 10+ years. 6 hours after burgers and I get emails from Walmart thanking me for purchases and a subscription out of AL, GA, and IN. Check your card if you use this app. ### 2/5 — Food never arrived *2023-02-12, version 5.0.33* In an honest review of my experience, I can only provide one star. I ordered through the Mr Beast Burger App and my three boys patiently waited for the opportunity to taste the burgers they’ve heard so much about. We are all big fans of Mr Beast and we were excited for the food. Original ETA for delivery was one hour after order. Not a big deal. We were willing to wait. About and hour and a half later, I was notified that the Uber driver was finally arriving to pick up the food. Immediately after that notification, I received notice that my delivery was cancelled and I should call the restaurant for further details. Calling the number provided, I was connected to a generic and automated voicemail where I left messages requesting information and a call back. Paying $60 for burgers that never came is rough, but telling my three boys that the beast burgers weren’t coming was worse. **update: adding one additional star as I did receive another email notifying me of my full refund as the “Driver cancelled order”. I can only assume it’s due to the fact that the food wasn’t there or - as other reviews have indicated - the restaurant wasn’t there. ### 4/5 — Order incorrect *2023-02-05, version 5.0.33* Burger and fries are delicious. Love the fact that most places are delivery only and it helps the food delivery apps out, but please make sure the order is correct. I paid extra for bacon and did not receive it. So as delicious as this burger was, I would rather go to a place I can physically check while I’m there to make sure my order is correct. Highly recommend trying if you haven’t though. Food is great! ### 2/5 — Mr beast burger *2022-12-30, version 5.0.33* I’m mad but also happy as the restaurants that are with u are very great about the orders today me and my cousin wanted chicken sandwiches and fries and only got the the fries we picked up and the restaurant said they did not have the chicken for the sandwiches and could not refund us and I could not get ahold of anyone so we went back in the restaurant and told them about the order that there was no sandwiches and they told us we could have anything on there menu and we’re super nice about that just could not refund us so we are very happy how restaurant delt with it but after this experience we would probably not order again Leawood ks location bravo restaurant ### 4/5 — Easy to use *2022-12-02, version 5.0.33* This app is pretty easy to use. It’s self explanatory when needs to be and clear and concise on everything else only reason I give it 4 stars is because it’d be nice to add more options like, “add pickles” or “side of pickles” “side of hot sauce” option to remove ketchup or mustard or mayo if you don’t like one of those. Oh also add tomatoes if people want that. But outside the more options the app is easy and hassle free great app, can’t wait to try the food for the first time when it gets here. ### 4/5 — Special Requests: *2022-11-25, version 5.0.28* The App Design & Everything Is Really Dope, But The Only Problem I Have Is That You Can’t Make Special Requests For The Food… Thé Reason Why We Should Get Special Requests Is Because I’m Vegan & Not Just Plant Based, For The Impossible Burgers They Still Contain Plant Based Items Which Make It Hard For Us Vegans To Try Them… It Only Allows Me To Remove The Cheese From The Impossible Burger Combo & Not The Mayo!!! If You Can Please Add Special Requests To The App That’ll Really Be Dope!!! ;) ### 4/5 — Pleasant Experience *2022-07-14, version 4.0.0* I respect Mr. Beast and his crew for everything they’ve done and this food establishment is definitely interesting. I think a 4 star rating is fair. The app itself is put together fine. Ordering is quite easy and making an account is even easier. However, some things may need to be polished. It is quite hard to find a proper menu, it being hidden in the “About us” page. I also think for some burgers there should be more options. For example in the Beast style burger there is an option to “remove cheese” but no “remove mayo.” Besides the app itself another problem I faced was the delivery option. Since Mr. Beast Burger doesn’t have any restaurants of its own; it does not have its own delivery service and relies on delivery services like Uber and Doordash. This is very unreliable and resulted in my Uber drivers canceling twice, causing my food to sit for an hour, becoming cold, and eventually causing my order to be canceled. If you get Mr. Beast Burger I highly recommend pick-up. Overall the food was good (I would say on par if not better than most other fast food restaurants), pick-up (at least in my area) was pleasant, delivery was terrible, and the app functions well enough. Overall, I enjoyed the service this app provided and would recommend Mr. Beast Burger for the most part. ### 2/5 — Mid *2022-07-13, version 4.0.0* The first time I got food here, everything was amazing! The beast style fries were so so good and the burgers were pretty good too. But in the last little while the burgers have been soggy, the fries haven’t been made right, or haven’t even been beast style and we’re just received regular and unseasoned when we ordered the beast style fries. There is no customer service system for messed up orders. This time when I got the beast style fries the cheese wasn’t even melted at all, just a slab of cheese sitting on top, no green sauce, raw onions, and mayo and ketchup sitting on a single pickle. I won’t be ordering this again. Hopefully the restaurants that make your food locally do better than mine. ### 2/5 — HIGHLY MISADVERTIZSED *2021-11-22, version 4.0.0* don’t get me wrong, I love mrbeast and the beast burger company that he has made, but holy crap there is so much misadvertized with this. First of all, there are many locations that supposedly exist but the only thing they have on the menu are there drinks and maybe beverages. Also, most of the time orders come out wrong and we get the wrong things on our order. And let’s not even get into the waiting time for the multiple locations I have been to around Portland. Although yes, the burgers are pretty good and surprisingly consistent because everywhere they are picked up from, it’s not a place that’s actually beast burger. I will say the beast fries are the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. They are disgusting, soggy, and there are more toppings then the fries themselves. ### 2/5 — Excellent Food, Poor Execution *2021-07-28, version 2.0.5* I’ve ordered from Mr. Beast Burger 4 times now, and the quality of the food being made has been consistent and surprisingly good. It’s actually one of my favorite burgers to order, and would recommend it. Here’s the problem. Of the 4 times I’ve ordered it, multiple items have been incorrect or missing from my order 3 times. Frustrating sure, but I can just report the items as missing or incorrect and get them replaced or get a refund? Right? Wrong. Mr. Beast Burger isn’t a physical place, but is a collection of restaurants that make the food under the “Mr. Beast” brand name. This means that you have no idea where your order has actually came from, and are given no contact information for the restaurant, or your delivery driver. This leads to a frustrating and negative experience for a customer, but worst of all it prevents me from wanting to order the food again. I’m afraid that my order will be incorrect and I’ll have be forced to live with it. Until the logistics of running this business have been fully sorted out, I can’t recommend anybody download and order from this app. P.S. - I also didn’t receive my “collectible cup” any of the times I ordered :( ### 2/5 — I suggest not buying. *2021-06-08, version 2.0.0* I wanted to order some burgers since I like mr. beast’s videos, but decided to look at the reviews first and saw a lot of bad ones. Firstly, I agree with everyone who said the app was bad the was no calorie count and there were very little items compared to a place like Red Robin. Next, i watched a lot of review locations from many different locations a all of them said that the food was expensive, it tasted horrible, and the burgers were slightly off color, and squashed. To be honest I’m only giving it an extra star because I haven’t tried it. ### 3/5 — Good food but faulty app *2021-04-20, version 1.0.3* So I ordered the food when the app had launched but there were a few problems when it came to the app. #1. Plenty of bugs on the app After you order the food, the estimated time was very inaccurate. When I was waiting for my order, it said that my food had arrived when it hadn’t even showed up to my door yet. I thought it had arrived to the wrong address until I got a message from my delivery person. #2. Faulty communication between the app and food deliverers When I had ordered the food, the instructions for the order weren’t clear to the person delivering the food. When the person who delivered my order showed up, they almost gave me the wrong order from someone else who ordered from the same place, because it’s not clear on who ordered their food and only lists the order. The food overall was alright, the app definitely needs some updates and better communication among their customers, their deliverers, and the delivery apps themselves. ### 1/5 — Do not order in SA *2021-03-31, version 1.0.2* We ordered from MrBeast Burgers through the app in San Antonio, TX. A word of advice to anyone thinking of ordering from MrBeast Burgers in San Antonio: Don’t, just don’t. We ordered our food and drove twenty minutes across town because they did not deliver to our location. When we arrived, the address was a car body shop with one food truck that looked out of place. The food truck was not labeled as MrBeast Burgers, but NTFB or something on those lines, and so we called the number listed through the app. The phone service automated answering reply had no indication that it was affiliated with MrBeast Burgers. We pressed one for English and were connected with a representative. The woman on the phone almost seemed apologetic when we told her we were in a car body shop and the food truck we saw was the correct one. We go up to the food truck and see them immediately throwing a batch of fries in the trash. We tell them our name and they don’t have our order. They stated that since we ordered through the app that it did not show up on their screens and it would be another 20 minutes. They compensated us for our time with sub-par cookies but the food was terrible! Burgers overloaded with mayonnaise and onions. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had from an app, food truck, or basically anywhere. I wish I could get my money back but the app has no customer service contact information. ### 1/5 — Never even got my food *2021-03-22, version 1.0.2* For context I live ~5 miles away from the location I ordered. All I ordered were 2 burgers but the wait was still an hour long. After 45 minutes my driver gets the food and is on his way. Not even 5 minutes later I get a notification that the store cancelled the order because they closed... at noon. This is directly in the middle of the hours that it the location is supposed to be open. When they closed it cancelled my order even though the driver had my food. Bad experience and I never got my food. I don’t recommend. ### 4/5 — Amazing Food! Suggestions for improving the app *2021-02-15, version 1.0.2* I ordered from the MrBeastApp for Valentine’s Day and it was amazing! Food was tasty and the MrBeast style fries were on another level. One note for the app that I noticed was when I received my order I was missing my drink for my order. I wanted to go and see if I would get a refund or just simply state that I was missing something but there was no option to do so. So something for MrBeast and his team to think about when coming out with a new update, I would just add that because it would be very helpful if there was ever a larger portion of an order missing for others. Otherwise, the food was incomparable and a great experience! ### 1/5 — Terrible experience with 2 different locations in Seattle *2021-02-07, version 1.0.2* I would never do this again after traveling 40 minutes to get a burger the WiFi wouldn’t go through and couldn’t order. Turned around and tried again at a new place a few weeks later. The order wasn’t ready, then after waiting 20 minutes the order was wrong. Cook threw out the food that was wrong. Then, we paid extra for Mr Beast fries, they were plain. This was the worst experience I have ever had and never worth driving another 40 minutes. I think if you are advertising such a great product, your food trucks and locations should be responsible to actually make them the way they were ordered. The cook said, “I never read the comments”. My kids were starving and unfortunately no one was happy eating their supposably amazing burgers since they all had things in them that were NOT ordered. Why have comments if they aren’t read? Too bad we love a great burger but our family won’t do this again! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App and platform too basic and out of sync with integrated platforms *2023-01-22, version 5.0.33* App does not allow user to modify items. The app uses LYFT to deliver food. LYFT driver picked up food 80 mins after it was ready. Food arrived COLD. The app showed status as delivered 40 mins after order placed, when the driver hadn’t picked up the food yet. The order status at bottom of status screen read driver was picking up. Took driver over an hour to pick up. Pick up was not allowed at the location. App only allowed delivery; no pick up. I called LYFT delivery driver multiple times. Told me food would arrive in a few minutes when food hadn’t been picked up yet. Food arrived cold and 90 mins later after the food was prepared and ready. I asked driver was there a problem picking up order. He said no. The LYFT app provided order status info for a different driver than the gentleman to delivered. Food portions - ugh! Toddler size portions. But that’s not an app issue, so we’ll take that up with the restaurant. ### 1/5 — Steer far away *2022-09-23, version 4.0.0* Three times I’ve given Mr Beast burger a chance. All three times disappointed beyond all belief. Wrong order every time, freezing cold food (not even warm, feels like it had been sitting in the fridge for 30 mins), and uncooked. I had beast style fries show up with no seasoning when asked for 3 times. An unmelted Kraft single slab on top with a drizzle of mayo and cold pickles. Threw it right in the trash without trying 3 times. Burgers were awful even after trying to reheat on the three different orders. Only had one where I got what I asked for. Two cold Kraft singles and barely any onions on the deluxe. Bread was also stale every time. I tried to give this place a chance since I’ve heard the food is pretty good for a fast food delivery service. But I can say for certain three times is not the time. I would advise avoiding at all cost, buyer beware Note: their website does not work at all and support is non-existent ### 1/5 — Right Off the Bat *2022-05-06, version 4.0.0* Terrible. Feeling not well enough to go out and drive to get food so I tried looking around to see what sounded good. I had heard of this place from a friend who said it was good, so I went into their site and the site was constantly broken. After ten minutes of the online site being garbage, I went ahead to download the app because I had it in my mind that I wanted the food. I downloaded the app, was able to make my order, and sat back to wait. It stated that it was going to be a 40 minute delivery wait for a deliver no longer than 10 minutes away, but I decided that they could be busy or something, so I would shrug it off. After waiting an hour, after the app order said delivery in progress for about 40 minutes, I finally got an email saying the order was cancelled. No reason given, no explanation, and now it’s too late to go and drive to pick it up myself. Horrible waste of time and absolutely will not be doing business with garbage like this again, nor do I recommend you do as well. ### 1/5 — Avoid if you live in the Antelope Valley, California. *2022-01-03, version 4.0.0* The Mr. Beast Burger food out here in the Antelope Valley is made by Dickeys Barbecue Pit, not a location known for its great burgers. Still, I was willing to give it a chance. When I arrived a few minutes after the estimated ready time, the staff at Dickey’s didn’t even know about my order; so I had to wait about 30 minutes while they looked up my order and figured out how to make the burgers. The burgers I received were adequate best, didn’t look like the picture, hardly worth what I paid, and definitely not worth the drive and wait. The burgers at pretty much every other burger establishment are better. Now, I’m not saying that Mr. Beast Burger are bad. The problem is where they’re made out here in the A.V. ### 1/5 — Terrible delivery *2021-11-28, version 4.0.0* Although the food is very good from Mr. beast burger, the execution is horrible! Three out of the last four times that we have ordered from them, they have completely messed up the order. The app, which allows you to select no cheese no condiments plain burgers, they have zero execution abilities. It arrives cold. The fries are cold. The food is an accurate. And it is not what we ordered. My daughter is allergic to cheese and yet her burgers have cheese for the THIRD TIME IN A ROW from them. Just go to Wendy’s, you will have better execution and likely better taste. Not to mention a thousand other places. Just sad to pay these guys a premium for their antics and have such horrible execution. One star is too much. Never again. ### 1/5 — Location closed. *2021-10-26, version 4.0.0* I loaded the app, made an order, got charged for the order, and even got a confirmation that my order would be ready. I went to the location and it was a locked gate with a closed food truck. There is no way to contact them, the number on the order goes to a recording that says restaurant support and goes dead, no person, no way to leave a message no email other than a do-not-reply. I finally got through to some parent company email after a lot of digging online, they claim I will get a refund in a few days. ### 1/5 — Worst burger app ever *2021-06-12, version 2.0.1* I have had multiple complications with the app like it not telling me that the place is closed or taking forever to get my money back, I placed a order at a location that said it was open on the app and it took my money but when we arrived at the place it was closer so I refreshed the app and it still said they were open and when I called customer support they said there was nothing they could do about it being closed and that they would give me back my money and it would return to my account in 2-3 business days but it took three weeks to get my money back and today I placed another order at a different location that the app said was open and I get there to pick up my order and they say there meat was bad and they had to throw it away but they didn’t try to contact me nor cancel my order and they made us pay for parking as well I will no longer be using the app nor ordering from Brady burger ### 1/5 — Just terrible *2021-05-19, version 1.0.3* Food is definitely not as advertised and pretty expensive for a mediocre burger joint that has its own app but still use DoorDash to deliver. My burger patty was not remotely crispy, it looked steamed and the color was grey. The guacamole in the burger was tiny, let’s put it this way, if I were to order a burrito bowl from Chipotle it’d still have more guacamole for the same exact price and taste fresh. Fries were so horrendous. It was soggy mess plus they forgot my extra addition to the fries but still kept my money. I could potentially just walk up to a McDonald’s order a large fries, then add my own toppings of melted slice of cheddar cheese, bacon bits, chopped grilled onions, add a dollop of ketchup and Mayo; and it would be still cheaper than this unholy mess they call fries. I’m guessing they don’t really do quality checks anymore because if I was making for my guest I would be aghast and ashamed that I charged money for this hot garbage. Never again, fool me once shame on me, fool me twice.... well that’s never going to happen. ### 1/5 — No way to leave feedback *2021-04-28, version 1.0.3* Maybe it’s our location, but we went way out of our way to get this for our kids for dinner and no one is very impressed. My own Dreamburger had no bacon and “double pickles” apparently gets you two entire pickles, and avocado was a thin spread, it was nothing like in the photo. None of this met expectations. The lettuce is shredded and messy and taste vaguely like chlorine water and the patties and buns are all kind of burned. We might try a different location one more time, but nobody cares anymore because it was underwhelming and there is no way to leave feedback or a review after ordering on the app. ### 1/5 — Disappointed twice in a row *2021-04-10, version 1.0.3* 1 Star for the mobile app because it is very buggy. The app falsely claims locations are open for pick up and delivery when they are not and in fact are under construction. I know this because my 11-year-old son was very disappointed when we drove across town to place our order and nobody was there. It will accept your order and take your money without fulfilling your order. We arrived at the designated pick up time and restaurant said that their Internet was down and they never received any orders. The app gives you an address and you drive past the place a few times because there’s no Mr. Beast signage. The app should tell you to go inside business X. 1 Star for customer service. I called to give them a chance to make things right and they refuse to give me a discount or free food. 2 Stars for the food itself. First, the order was wrong and although we requested caramelized onions and paid for it there were none found on my burger. The food also gave me a headache so I suspect there’s monosodium glutamate in the food. Very disappointed in both experiences with Mr. beast burger and recommend people avoid this food chain until they improve the customer experience. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great experience! *2023-04-08* My 11 year old cousin is a huge Mr. Beast fan and the #1 activity he wanted to do while visiting California was eat a Mr. Beast burger. I had no clue what this was all about and I’m here to say that this concept is so cool! Ordering the food on the app was user friendly and finding my nearest location was simple. The key to truly enjoying the best burger possible is to eliminate the food delivery service and order for pick up. Not all locations offer pickup, however, when reading other comments it seems that long wait times for food delivery decreased the satisfaction of the food. If any of Mr. Beast’s people are reading this, thank you! My cousin (who lives in Denmark) even took home the burger boxes to show his friends, his life’s mission is complete now. ### 5/5 — I would suggest but there’s a slight issue that doesn’t bring it down *2022-11-11, version 5.0.20* So the first time we tried to get it it was super frustrating because there was only one place that we could deliver from standard of working out in the end because the burgers were super good and I think those are the holes in the box were pretty nice also if you ever think about going to the Shippensburg one just know it’s in a Friendly’s ### 5/5 — Best burger I have ever had *2022-06-30, version 4.0.0* I had a great experience trying the beast style, the meat was good and looked like the same thing I ordered on the app, no wrong orders, the burger was great but kinda expensive but it was worth it, I wanted to try this for a while and let’s say my experience went better than I thought. I recommend this place because I actually got the thing that I was paying for, the app showed the meat chunky, I got chunky beef. Genuine feedback here. *2020-12-20, version 1.0.1* Love everything y'all do and this is a great way to expand your business!! I hope you keep doing smart business moves like this because you have crazy potential if you play your cards right. Just ate a burger and it was good but it would have been BETTER if it came in insulated packaging so that it wouldn't get cold. Also. The app is buggy and very poorly designed. I recommend new devs. I know you probably wouldn't do that but compared to the design and ease of use of other delivery apps this feels like it was made in a few days. I’m a college student and I’m confident I could make a better app than this. (you could start by making the delivery instructions option be able to hold more characters.) some people do not live in an open area and we choose to not use delivery apps because they always deliver to the wrong address. A paypal payment option would be really nice too although I know thats complicated. ### 5/5 — Exquisite meal *2020-12-20, version 1.0.1* This fine establishment had the most delicious meat dishes quite frankly I’ve ever tasted. The meat on the Chris style burger was tender and had a very pleasing texture, and the hearty buns delivered an excellent complimentary taste to the burgers seasoned to perfection. The bacon on this extraordinary burger was absolutely overwhelming in flavor and created a delicious alchemy in my mouth that made me feel like a child again. The seasoned crinkle fries were absolutely delightful in every way, cooked to perfection, seasoned to magnificent flavors guaranteed to make your mouth dance! The Nashville hot chicken sandwich blew away any expectations of what a sandwich was, in a good way 😳 it absolutely blew even my wildest expectations of this up and coming elite establishment away! The chocolate chip cookie was a divine as a treat to go along with this meal fit for a king. I did not know what I had signed up for when I hit order. The driver did not have to call me to tell me he was outside my door.
