Let me start by saying this, I’ve always thought about journaling my days and then letting all the writing pile up and being able to read back over them. Not only can I do this digitally on this app and then read through my weeks, which is fun for me to do because reflecting is vitally important to grow, but it also asks you your mood which I think is a great touch because you can see how you felt that day and how your day went based on your mood! I would recommend everyone download this app and join me and others in the journaling journey!
