## What is MRI AccuServ Mobile?

Used in the management and maintenance of over 970k properties, Orchard AccuServ Repairs and Maintenance has been created to take away the headache that comes from managing multiple repairs, contractors and helps to automate the scheduling of jobs and operative’s time.

Custom flag bShow2FASecret. This flag will allow the operative to copy and paste the 2FA Secret from the AccuMobile login screen into the authentication app of choice.

1.1:	Updated Customer Config Flags
•	Enabled bEnableLGSRAbandon for all customers – Allows operatives to abandon the LGSR

•	Enabled bDisplayJobWarningsOnJobList for all customers – Displays icons in the each job tile in the job list when there are waring notices present against the job. 
  Denotes an Asbestos warning against the job property
    Denotes a standard warning against the job property

•	Enabled bSplitWarnings for all customers. – Splits Warnings over two screens within the RR job flow. One screen is for standard property warnings and the other is for Asbestos related warnings.
•	Enabled  bJobListDisplay for all customers - When enabled, on the Pause Task screen, during a paused break within the application an option is shown to display the Job List. If selected the Job List is generated within the Pause Task screen side menu.
1.2: AM-1037	Bug fix for Template SORs and Kit SORS whereby the full item description and details was not displaying if the user clicked into the SOR code.
1.3:	Job List Attend On Date Ordering – The job list now orders the job tiles using both the designation type AND the attend on Date/Time rather than just the Designation Type and Date. Also minor CSS changes for job list element spacing, as the job list now also displays the attend on time.

 
1.4: AM-1085	AM-1085: Disabled buttons were accepting click events even when disabled on iOS 14.8+. Implemented additional “disableNext” logic to ensure inactive buttons cannot accept onClick events. Merged into AccuMobile core in v4.0.11.
1.5: AM-1096	AM-1096: Skip Tenant Satisfaction survey on No Access/Abandon Job

Created new custom flag - bSkipTenantSurveyNoAccess.

If this is true, automatically skip the Tenant Satisfaction survey for both a No Access and an Abandon Job outcome. If the operative progresses through a job to the point of completion, the Tenant Satisfaction survey should be asked as usual.

Upon pressing “Next“ on the screen below, the operative should complete the job and not be brought to the Tenant Satisfaction Survey

2.6: AM-1099	On "Pressure Checks Step 4 of 7" in the appliance section, if the "Termination Satisfactory" question has been answered "Yes" or "No", show a button labelled "Take Photo of Flue". The operative should then be allowed to take a single photo which is sent back to AccuServ upon the job completion.
2.7: AM-1095	Aston - No Access Card Photo – Allows operative to take an additional No Access Card photo within the No Access workflow

Data payloads checked for bad/iOS specific italicised quotes.

SOR/Van Stock codes can be added as decimal values.

Screen locking up/staying on spinner on No Access/Abandon Job events. Logical error in the job complete function, fixed and tested as working.

API timeout increased to counter poor signal areas/large data payloads.

Various survey updates, mainly around the LGSR survey configs. These have been split out per client to make changes easier to roll out.
