My work orders stop coming in after 1-2 days of being logged in and I have to log out and back in to get them to show up not very handy if people are relying on you getting work done. ### 1/5 — Not good *2024-05-23* Nothing but issues with app ### 1/5 — Does not work for me *2022-11-07, version 2.35.0* Unfortunately, this app doesn’t work at all. Inputting credentials does nothing but refresh the page and asking to log in again. Works fine logging on through the safari app or on laptop, but this app is not working as it should. ### 1/5 — As of 3/8/22 the app… *2022-03-09* Has stopped being useful. Some sort of update has caused the task sheet to become useless as you cannot enter your time or check off tasks as you complete them. It’s effectively a brick paperweight on your phone now. Please fix. Deleting and redownloading fixes nothing. ### 1/5 — It will not keep you up to date with current requests. *2021-06-27* Using this app at our place of employment for over three years now it is still garbage. We have made multiple tickets with this company to have them start fixing their problems but they never do it never improves ever! If you are a company looking to have your technicians “in the know” this is not the app for you. You may get a Banner notification that a ticket is in the system waiting for your technician but your technician when he goes to open the app that ticket will not be there the only way to receive the ticket is to logout and then log back in then after waiting a bit you may see the ticket that you were notified about in the first place. The system does work well on a computer but since all of us are mobile that’s where we needed to work best. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t allow you to sign in *2020-08-18, version 2.28.1* Change my login info several times. Had to reboot phone all the time to make it work ### 1/5 — Can not log-in with my iPhone 6 plus *2014-09-22* You need to update this asap ### 1/5 — Upgraded version not good *2014-07-24* So I deal with this app 5 day out of the week now they have made some ok changes to the app in looks alone, but ever since the upgrade there has been plenty of problems. I.E ticket don't come in till hours later, can't complete ticket from your phone, when closed from a computer the tickets don't close on your phone. MRI Angus makes it super easy to keep track of work orders, inspections, and visitor access all from my phone. The layout is clean, and everything syncs smoothly. It’s definitely helped me stay organized and respond to issues faster. Great tool if you're in property or facility management! ### 5/5 — A+ *2013-07-15* Good App! If you go to the tasks afterward, before you can make any inputs, you have to close it and then re-open the tasks again in order to do so. This is very inconvenient. ### 3/5 — App upgrade *2019-09-17* My company uses this system for our tenants and on the computer it’s great and user friendly. On the app it’s good as well but very slow. Currently my work order list says 25 but there isn’t a single work order submitted. So you have tu manually write down phone number. Too many times I've opened the app to find old work orders, or nothing when I knew there was something. Please fix. ### 3/5 — Some issues *2013-01-29* Any notes after a certain number of characters is not viewable by the user. I am also now unable to login. An update with bug fixes is needed badly in my opinion. This is a good app when it works.
