This is fraudulent and needs to be addressed!!! ### 1/5 — I purchase and all of a sudden I can’t use anything? *2024-11-25* Just as the title says. I go to purchase, I use it for about 5 minutes, now every single page is “under construction” what a scam. **Developer response:** Dear User, It appears the issue may have resulted from a software crash during the download process. To resolve this, please redownload the app and proceed to the payment option. The app will prompt you to pay, but Apple will recognize your previous purchase and allow you to download it for free. You can redownload the app on any device associated with your Apple ID. Once completed, please redownload the app again. I have notified the developer for further investigation. If the issue persists, please contact us at admin@mrimaster.com for assistance. We are happy to offer a full refund. Iphone and macOS works **Developer response:** We have tested this on several iPads and virtual devices but were unable to identify the issue. Thank you for your cooperation! ### 2/5 — Not Able to Restore the purchase of Premium Subscription *2024-12-27* I had subscribed to premium content for lifetime, I deleted the app for some reason. But when i reinstalled the app, I am not able to access the premium content. Kindly restore the subscription. **Developer response:** Apple does not charge for re-downloading an app you have already purchased. Please ensure you use the same Apple ID that was originally used to purchase the app. If you are prompted to pay, simply proceed, and Apple will recognize that you have already purchased the app, allowing you to re-download it for free. Can you please update and fix this. **Developer response:** Dear User, This issue has now been resolved. The app no longer requires an internet connection after it has been downloaded. Please delete the old version from your device and download it again from the store. This should resolve the problem. ### 3/5 — Purchasing issue *2025-01-03* I bought the 9.9 dollar for the premium on December 27th 2024. Today When i use the app it asked me to pay for again to be able to use the premium. Please anyone can help me figure it out. Thank you!
