I usually log in via the web because a 1.5 rating does not inspire confidence.  However, today I received a prompt to download the updated app.  After doing so, the app failed to accept my login information.  I decided to return to using the web login method.

Worst app. I set up auto pay to avoid all this login nonsense and it still doesn't work.. No verification code ever sends and I have to call every month to pay rent. Ridiculously inconvenient.

No idea why this app is created if it always has a problem with logging in. Changed the password like 10 times only to realize it works on the website but as soon as you try to login here, it is always unsuccessful.

I don't even give Rent Pay a star but maybe it's required. I have tried twice to pay my rent on Rent Pay and had it set up for automatic payment, and it has rejected my payment each time and blacklisted my name both times. I can't pay my rent on it. I set up autopay,  both times it didn't work. This app sucks.

I have been having trouble with getting logged on even though it automatically populates my logon information, it denies it then locks me out. their supposed chat support just takes you to the FAQs and then around in circles!! i spent 2 hours with my landlord last month just trying to get logged in to pay the rent!! 
this app is awful and you will get locked out of your account and unable to get any help!
I am just going to pay my rent by check from now on!!

This app allows property managers to go in and cancel your rent payment to make it look like you haven’t paid your rent. I’m facing eviction now because of the illegal practices of this company. Next review is for the BBB and then and I’m going to be getting a lawyer and filling a lawsuit now.
