It crashes constantly and you tap on a work order only for half the page to not load and or it freezes and times out. Right now the all is constantly saying loading. Big jump in functionality from last version. Some small issues though remain... First and foremost, application operation is sluggish, but I'm sure a company like MRI could figure that out with some small updates. Also ( and I'd never thought I'd say this), take a little page from your blackberry curve app. It let us view a notification log, which is great. As an engineer; very seldom do we work alone, especially on service requests. So being able to see who else on your staff is working and what they're working on goes a long way. When I contacted Workspeed customer support, I was told I could enter tickets as one of my Clients using the "On Behalf Of" option. Corrected Issues IR 112904 Workspeed Mobile users can now access preventive maintenance requests with a single tap. Previously, some preventive maintenance requests did not load on the first attempt, and users had to navigate back one page and try again. IR 100378 iPhone users can now create service requests with an apostrophe in the Description field. Previously, when an apostrophe was present, the service request was not created, though it would appear in the History. ### 16 — 2020-12-02 The method used for providing in-app notifications in the Workspeed mobile app has been updated to comply with Apple's latest guidelines.
