عملت اوردر الساعه ٢ علي اساس انه ساعه و يوصل و بعد ساعه بعمل تراك محصلش اي حاجه في الاوردر جيت اعمل كانسل للاوردر لقيته assigned . البنت كلمتني علي حاجات في الاوردر و كان جاهز الساعه ٤ . قلتلها ابعتيها علي طول علشان مستعجله . اتكلمت الساعه ٥ قالتلي حيطلع . الساعه ٥:٣٠ اتكلمت تاني واحد تاني رد عليا و قالي الطيار طلع . الاوردر وصلي بعد ٧:٣٠ و الاوردر جايلي غلط و فيه حاجات مطلبتهاش . الولد اللي جايب الاوردر مرضيش يرجعها و قالي انا مش بشتغل اصلا معاهم انا بوصل الاوردر علشان معندهمش ديليفري . و عايز الحق اروح قبل الحظر . كلمت البنت قالتلي اسفه ممكن حاجات اوردر تاني اتبعتت غلط قلتلها ابعتي حد يخدها و ياخد الحاجات اللي كنت عايزاها من بدري لاني اتصرفت من مكان تاني و جبتها و مش عايزه اللي بعتيه . قالتلي طيب حكلمك الصبح بعد اما ارجع للمدير. و متكلمتش .

The app is a good idea, however the service is just a crap
Late in everything even in replies 
It took them 24 hours to realize that I am in not the delivery zone
No tracking for orders
Rude delivery guys
Worst customer services ...

The app not only crashes when you try to load a saved list, but more importantly provides no contact info or support connections whatsoever. I tried it and without getting a delivery the items where marked as “completed” I tried to check for any contact info to raise a claim, but found none. Luckily I had it on “cash on delivery” or else there would have been no way to get my money back for a supposedly delivered order. 

Really bad. Do not use credit cards on this app!!!
