ここからはアプリについてです

アプリは全体的に使いやすいしとてもいいです。
ですが(例)夏休みのスタンプラリーをする時にSafariに飛んでしまいます。
未成年の人とかは親に制限をかけられているひとが多いでしょう
そのせいでスタンプラリーが出来なかった日があったり…

なのでミセスのアプリ内でできるだけやってほしいです。
お願いします。

ならこれ1つで何でもこなせる高性能すぎるアプリです。
ライブに参戦する時は、最低でもこのアプリとお金があれば十分なくらいです。

自分はFC入会から5年目ですけど、今のところ不便なことや不都合なことは全くないです。
これからもずっと愛用させていただきます！大好きです。

いつも便利でたくさん使わせてもらってます！！
最近テレビでも見れるようになったので、個人的にはスマホの制限時間を使わずにJam Landなどの動画を観れるのがとてもありがたいです✨
でも、最近アプリがリニューアルして次々に新しいものが更新（特にLIBRARY)されて、情報が追いきれなくなってきています…！出来れば直近1か月に更新されたものでまだ見ていないものの一覧ページを作ってくださると助かります！🙇‍♀️
情報が多くて困るなんてとても贅沢な悩みだと思うし、Ringo Jam（ファンクラブ）に入っていなくてもアプリは使えるので、入れるか迷っている方は是非入れていただきたいです！

少し前までは何も問題なく
ガチャも出来たいたのが
急に会員登録を…と出る…
マイページにも住所欄が
未登録になってるし
初め更新が出来てなかったのかと思って、年払いのバーがなかった為に月払いで660円に入ったけど、色々見てたら
FCの有効期限は来年までに
なっている。でもApple Storeで月払いも入ってしまったのにガチャは相変わらず
FC限定とかで回せない…
とりあえず月々のサブスクはすぐに切ったけど
無駄に660円払う事になったのにも関わらず回せないし、復元押しても
「エラー既に会員です」だし…
どうなってるのかFCで問い合わせもしたけど、返信すらないし。でも、グッズは先週届いたから住所が未登録に
なってるのも謎だし…
娘もJAM’sですが
娘のアプリではガチャも出来るし、マイページの住所もちゃんと登録になってる…
どう言う事なのか謎です。
お金払ってるのにガチャも
出来ないし、どうしたら
良いんでしょうか？！

元々Ringo Jam(ファンクラブ)会員向けコンテンツが充実していると感じていましたが、Google TVのアプリが出てテレビでも楽しめるようになったり、過去のTV放送や記事を閲覧できるようにしてくださったりと、どんどん進化しています🍏✨
(ミセスにはまるまで他のファンクラブに入ったことがないので比較はできませんが)

展覧会(Wonder Museum)の内容がスマホでも体験できるなんて、凄すぎでは…？(2026年7月末までですが😭)

全てに「Jam'sに喜んで欲しい！」というメンバーやスタッフの方々の気持ちを感じて、「いつもありがとう！」という気持ちになります。
