When registering- the #of relapses in the last year, when you click it on iphone latest version it offers no dropdown or fill in space- and you cant skip it, its required

I was looking for an app to help me keep a journal of me medication and symptoms. This app is very limited as to what you can list for symptoms and I didn't find anything for medication. It seemed more like a tool to gather health data so it can be sold to third parties. That ask for a lot of personal information right from the start and want you to take surveys.

This looks really good but I am unable to use it as I live in the UK and it doesn’t accept my postcode :-(

I really like having a tool to track my symptoms. I would love to be able to make notes about the symptoms though. And there's no option for facial symptom tracking. You can track your limbs but very generically. I would love to see a tool that you can be more specific and to be able to add notes. Overall I gave this a 3 star because it could use some added features and be a little more in depth.

It's great to be able to track symptoms. A journal would bump it up to 5 stars. That way we could track how other circumstances factor into our symptoms. Another great feature would be a way to track treatments that would be included in the reports. For someone newly diagnosed, I'm struggling to put the whole puzzle together. These additions to the app would REALLY help!

I've been trying to find more resources to track how I'm feeling in between doctor visits. This app has helped me do just that. I also really love the heat tracker feature.

Yes, it can be a bit cumbersome. But It is indeed a great tool to communicate with my doc.
