In an effort to save a tree, I renewed with electronic edition. I now have received and read my last paper copy and the electronic copy still hasn’t appeared. (Although, neither has any notification that the fall issue is available so maybe I wasn’t supposed to notice.) Two or three days ago, I sent an email to the “Store” email address and as of today still have gotten no response. As other reviews have said, there is no mention of any way to get help. The Troubleshooting section of the app does not cover this problem. Guess they have my money- that will be my “donation” for this year.
