No error message: the app just closes. If I open it again, it does the same thing. I do so, it recognizes the sign in, but still, I cannot watch live content. This has been happening a long time, even when the channel was called MSNBC. It also happens on my MS NOW app on my Roku. What is going on? Thanks ### 5/5 — Verizon TV Provider login broken on Apple TV *2026-03-28, version 13.5.0* The app works fine on iPhone I can sign in and link my Verizon Fios account no problem. But on Apple TV it redirects to Verizon’s site and throws a generic error saying it can’t process the request. Tried it on two completely different Apple TVs with the same result, so this is definitely a bug in the tvOS app, not a device or account issue. Hoping the dev team patches this soon. I’m supposed to enter an activation code, but none is ever provided. It says the screen will refresh after signing in with my TV provider, but it doesn’t allow me to do that.
