### 2/5 — Turn on FaceTime ID!

Love the bank, can’t stand their technology. It’s almost as if their IT head doesn’t use their tech, so it’s bad for no reason. For example, this app doesn’t support FaceID. Why? The same tech platform run by other banks supports it. Is it because Main Street isn’t paying the platform provider for access to FaceID? Do they not think it’s helpful? Who wants to enter their password every time we log in? We used to have type our company ID and pass. At least now it’s saved in the app, but why isn’t the password? It seems to me the tech team is worried about security in the wrong places. The other thing I can’t stand about this bank’s tech is that when I log into the website I have to enter date search parameters to display more than 1 month. No other bank does that! Just show the 90 data instead of making me enter a search parameter. I’ve stopped using the bank because of these two reasons. I often come back to the app and website hoping they’ve come to their senses but remain disappointed so end up leaving again. Go to Rockland Trust. Great tech and local service.

Logging in requires company ID, and it doesn’t remember it nor does it support Face ID on iPhone. So to use the app, you need to remember & enter username, password, and seven digit company ID every time. BoA app supports Face ID - I look at my phone and I’m in. 

Similarly, depositing multiple checks takes too many steps. Try the BoA app and see how streamlined they’ve made it.
