I have massive issues with both the online version and the app, have to restart multiple times and make sure I copy every dang thing I type so I don’t lose info when it won’t post or just drops or freezes. Please fix the program, we don’t have a choice when school districts say we have to document using this, the program is heavenly when it works but unfortunately that is so rare. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2020-08-23, version 1.4* Would give negative stars if I could. Login page won’t load half the time. When I finally do get logged in, constantly crashes. Waste of time. ### 1/5 — MSB app *2019-11-14, version 1.4* This app was working great and I’ve been given the excuse for errors that it is because of switching to the iCloud , I find this excuse doesn’t hold water. Please improve this app or remove it from being an available resource as at this point it has become unreliable and unusable. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Texas Sized Caseload *2018-09-04, version 1.4* This app is amazing in theory. Execution however is minimally achieved at best. While it does streamline the internet version for my iPad in the classroom it makes keeping track of my students a chore based on the fact that it doesn’t seem to work...ever. I might make it through one or two students before it freezes or gives me a boot error. Seemed to me like the designers should upgrade the capacity of the app itself to operate for more than 5 or so users at a time. I have found it much easier to keep an old school manual log and then input for my kids at the end of the school day, at least then I have the ability to sit and wait, and this app requires a lot of that. ### 1/5 — Texas school sped *2018-01-16, version 1.4* This is most frustrating app available. It will freeze, not update or hang between sessions. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2014-05-13, version 1.3* Can't get past putting the kids in for a session. I push "next" to enter in the students goal for the current session and the page does nothing. Worse than the actual web page. ### 1/5 — SLP *2013-10-18, version 1.3* This app does not work. I am always getting an error that says "Unable to connect to server." I have downloaded the most recent update, I have uninstalled it, and reinstalled it. I have closed all open apps on my iPad, then tried reloading it. I have the most recent updates on my iPad operating system. ### 2/5 — Please update this app *2020-10-21, version 1.4* I can’t even get past the login page of the app before it crashes or freezes.. this could be so helpful. ### 5/5 — Time saver! *2013-09-13, version 1.3* I have so many students on my caseload that it is difficult to keep up with my clinical notation. This app saves me time and let's me take care of my documentation wherever and whenever I can.
