Annual renewals are not easy at all. My automatic renewal hit 18 days ago, but yet the product still thinks my license is expired. I filed support tickets with both Mseven and paddle (who processes the payment) and only paddle responded saying that they will reach out to MSeven. No response for 4 days from Mseven to my support tickets at all.

I took the time, 2 days, to enter them all into mSecure and every time I add a new account I put the information in mSecure and I literally never have problems anymore remembering my password and other really important information.
