Das einzige wirkliche Problem ist der Wechsel des Preismodelles von Kauf auf Abonnement, was mich langfristig davon abhalten wird die App weiter zu nutzen. Easy to use, I can add customized fields. Can auto fill in passwords from the msecure browser and don’t need to worry that my passwords aren’t safe or that I will lose them. I am very happy with its security and ease of use. While I prefer sorting my passwords by category, my husband prefers alphabetical. Never have I had any problems with this app. I love when I get reminders that an old password is weak or used repeatedly. Not worried about changing passwords because I have the ability to look them up easily if I can’t remember. This app has been a lifesaver. ### 2/5 — Poor Support *2026-07-10, version 7.0.1* I like this product for the most part, and I have been using it for years. Howver, I recently found the need for product support. I was migrating to a new mobile device. The new device was bult from the old one, so the configuration matched. By trying to establish a connection, I erroneously deleted my account on the new phone. This immediately impacted all access, even on my desktop. I have a local backup file. And I created a ticket through mSecure support. It has now been 4 days. I received 1 message, which told me how to backup my file from on offline device. But nothing on how to reestablish my account! I now have to evaluate moving to a new product, just to get back up and running! I am disappointed in mSecure service when I need it the most! ### 2/5 — An app that forgets you already paid for it *2026-07-09, version 7.0.1* Never as good as the old version but generally ok. The app seems to be on the downhill slide now though. It's doing the "move things behind the subscription paywall" part of the spiral. It keeps all my stuff private and easy to access. If your Face ID is being used the username and password will fill in automatically. There is nothing that I wish I had on this app because it is all there. You won’t go wrong using this. When you change a password or account it will automatically change on the devices that are in sync. This makes it hard when you need to find a password. My automatic renewal hit 18 days ago, but yet the product still thinks my license is expired. I filed support tickets with both Mseven and paddle (who processes the payment) and only paddle responded saying that they will reach out to MSeven. No response for 4 days from Mseven to my support tickets at all. ### 1/5 — Depois da atualização ficou um lixo *2026-08-12, version 7.0.1* Tinha pago pelo pelo aplicativo com todas as funcionalidades. Depois da atualização, retiraram os recursos e querem me forçar a pagar assinatura. É um absurdo o que eles estão fazendo! Tinha que proibir esse tipo de atitude por parte dos desenvolvedores. Não é justo quem já comprou o aplicativo ter de pagar novamente. The first thing it tries to do is sync and after about 5 seconds the app crashes. Great testing before deploying an update. The issue is with the sync to Dropbox. If you turn off sync no more crash.
