Started a game in progress and chose the option to start from the beginning of the broadcast. 30 minutes in I paused it and the content froze. Had to restart from the beginning and THERE IS NO FASTFORWARD OR REWIND. All I can do is start again and not press pause. But I have problems getting it to work on my TV - tried both the AppleTV app and airplay from my phone and it plays at maybe about 6fps. That’s so stutter-y it is unwatchable. And no, it isn’t my WiFi or other hardware - iPhone 15 pro, 1GB broadband. Literally every other streaming service works flawlessly. For $30 bucks a month, MAKE IT WORK. I signed up and created my account on the official MSG+ website and paid with Apple Pay. Because I paid with Apple Pay they are telling me I have to cancel through the subscriptions under my user account on my iPhone. The customer service guy said there was nothing he could do we went back and forth for 1/2 an hour like this until finally he said oh wait I’m checking into something. I waited another 10 minutes and finally he said he was handing the situation off to someone else and I should get an email with an update. Without warning, it has error messages that can only be avoided by deleting and reinstalling the app. Once that is done and my log in info is entered, it STILL doesn’t work and there are no other options to work around this issue. The developers clearly don’t care about the user experience or they actually make it work better. I saw a similar complaint that was dated about a year ago. It feels way cleaner and more modern. Thank you for also making a Samsung app! My only wish is that it came through a bit cleaner on my chromecast 2nd gen. It could be because it’s an older chormecast, but when I cast it the stream looks like it’s coming through at a pretty low frames per second. The audio is great and I’m able to cast it, but the video doesn’t look as smooth as It does just on my phone. That’s my only complaint! Other than that, awesome. **Developer response:** Hi, We are working on launching on Chromecast or a connected device in the near future. For now, Airplay is enabled for GO, so if you have Apple TV, you can airplay to watch the Sabres game on the big screen. My only concern is that no app at present for Apple V.
