I was not able to use this application even I am insured.  Chat service is not working. Waiting time for a live chat i s at least a week. Taxi service is not working. Hospital search is not working. I would give 0 star as the value is 0.

Cumbersome. Not friendly to use for English speakers. Password requirements regularly keeps me logged out.

Messages pop up in Chinese. Downloads don’t download. 
Just not a user friendly portal. Please take a look at what other companies offer…

I love how the new app finally allows to claim non-direct billing reimbursements by only uploading pictures of bills and records. This saves time and money.

An idea for future improvements: possibility to consult how much is left per category. 
E.g. Outpatient: $500 / 10,000 left; inpatient XXX/XXX left, etc. To avoid contacting customer service each time to know these.
