Even when I use the web browser, I can’t get into the router. I’ve tried 4 times. Now it says the username and password are wrong but I’m using what’s on the back of the router?! I only have 1 login attempts left. I told my boyfriend to return it. It’s not worth it. There are others out there with less hassle. After messing with things for over two hours and trying to look into how to fix it we’ve come to the conclusion that he just has to get a refund. So don’t waste your time or your money messing with this brand, it’s garbage.
