MSK MyChart (formerly MyMSK) is for patients receiving care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
  
MSK MyChart, our patient portal, is the best way to stay connected to your healthcare. Patients and caregivers can download and log in to the MSK MyChart app to securely:  
• See your medical information. 
• View and share your test results.
• Manage your appointments. 
• Save appointment details to your calendar on your mobile device. 
• Connect to telemedicine visits. 
• Message your care team. 
• Connect your accounts from other healthcare centers so you can see all your medical information in one place.  
• Request prescription refills. 
• Fill out health questionnaires. 
• Read patient education information. 
• View and pay bills. 
• Connect your account to Apple Health to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into MSK MyChart.

This is the most confusing site. The old MSCC site was easy to use, intuitive and consistent.  It takes me a very long time to find the items I need.  It shouldnt be this hard.  I feel like I need a Masters degree (which I have, and it’s not helping) to use this site.  Please go back to your original site.

The original MSK app was wonderful, easy to navigate as a patient and easy to find what you were looking for.  MyChart in general is awful - it’s a guessing game to find what you are looking for.  I’d give it zero stars!

Too many repetitive requests to submit forms for follow-ups. If it wasn’t an accident when I got lymphoma it still isn’t.

For the past five years memorial, Sloan has taken care of my every need regarding my lymphoma and testicular cancer. Not sure where would I be without their care, thank you so much for all that you’ve done and for that you continue to do for me. Your kindness and understanding always makes every visit less stressful. Thank you.
