Before purchasing the plan, it clearly showed that I could use it on 3 devices. I bought the 3-month package, but after just one week, it started showing only 2 devices. When I contacted customer service, they said it was a technical issue and promised to fix it soon. However, it’s been 3 months, and the issue is still not resolved. My plan is now about to expire. I’m very disappointed and will never purchase your plan again. I was initially quite enthusiastic about the service, but over time, I found that the frequency of new movie uploads felt a little sparse - perhaps only once every couple of weeks. For a $10 monthly subscription, I personally felt that the value wasn't quite there given the content availability. actually stuck with the subscription for a full year, genuinely hoping to see the library expand as promised. If you are charging users, at least make sure your core service works. There is no proper system, poor streaming reliability, and no clear support when something goes wrong. I feel misled as a customer. I paid for a service that was not provided. I am requesting a full refund immediately. Very disappointing experience. Nepali movie release takes time and there isn’t much to watch. Renting movie was best thing in this app, and now its removed. You guys need better marketing and management team.
