Why would have your product in an American App Store  if its NOT IN ENGLISH?!?! 
I think there should be a requirement that mandates an apps language to match the country orgin of app store. 
I wouldn’t put an app thats made of Spanish in the Japanese apple app store.  

So I was unable to use the app because I speak English because I am American and live in the USA.  
It was just a waste of time and space downloading this app.
