So I downloaded the app, got notified about a match and doesn’t let me see them.. can’t message anyone and everything crashes and stops working

I just happened to come across one of the creators who recommended this app and I’m glad I did! I wish they had this when I got diagnosed. I had so many questions and I isolated myself because I didn’t have anyone that understood what I was going through but with this app I can meet new friends that understand exactly what I’m going through. Plus I meet new people to chat with or ask questions get useful info from etc.! It’s GREAT!!
