And keep asking unnecessary items on mail. Beware merchants don’t use this fraud company services. There are they will eat your money and you will get nothing back from them even nobody will company employee and companies, so liar biggest fraud. I found in the name of pos devices. Once in a day some half n hour payments will never receive. Sometime once payment is done after 5 mins sound comes. Transaction date 21 December 2024. But till date not responded. And not refund my payment. Mswipe company customer care number is every time busy and can’t pickup any call. I have try many time to contact Mswipe customer care but not replied. This company totally fraud company don’t buy any service and don’t trust this company. Aware this types of company. And monthly rent and installation charges are very high . Too many down times, the app hardly works half the time. Too much latency and unreliable in every manner. Can’t be trusted on business terms.. I cannot pause my business cuz of your downtime. I was convinced with his conversation and made a payment of 2419 for the mswip boom box. From that day onwards i was waiting for the installation and the product got installed only after 29 days almost a month. After installation i got to realise that the payment was not crediting instantly. But when their representative mr lajar told me it is an instant credit machine. So i called the customer care and asked about it they said they have a 3 time settlement so i need to wait for it for the settlement. Then i asked them for cancel the product and refund me the amount they are saying they can cancel the product and they will be taking back the device but the amount i paid 2419 won’t be refunded. Already above one weak it is happening still no one for service or not your customer care number working. Then why would you kept it for. Regards, Mswipe. ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2018-05-31* Dont go for Mswipe, they always put ur transactions on hold by non logical reasons, and to resolve this their policy is of 78 hours excluding weekends so indirectly they use our money for 5-6 days. My transaction was put on hold for 7 days and reason was customer used same card twice so they said they need 5 days to verify where i shared they invoices, shared customer contact number still they were so bad that they took 7 days and they were not at all serious about the situation. **Developer response:** Hi, We regret the inconvenience caused.
