### 3/5 — Great app!

*2024-04-21, version 3.0.7*

I love this app because I stay in touch with my family when riding by myself although when the app got accidentally deleted all my stats disappeared and weather isn’t always 100% accurate.

### 4/5 — The Mt. Bachelor App

*2024-04-20, version 3.0.7*

The mount bachelor app is well made and easy to use minus some little bugs that every app gets at one point or another!

### 3/5 — Achievements Broken

*2024-03-09, version 3.0.5*

I have gone down Clark’s Jay 30+ times and it won’t register for the Bird Call achievement. And I wasted good parts of a day doing Around the World and Summit 360 only for things not to register. The achievements stuff is fun but it isn’t working very well. Didn’t have these problems other years.

### 3/5 — Vertical tracking is inaccurate

*2024-03-06, version 3.0.5*

From my most recent day skiing, the reported vertical feet descended was 12% below the sum of the lift vertical ridden.

### 3/5 — No orange

*2024-02-11, version 3.0.4*

the orange is actually terrible, please change it back.

### 4/5 — Season Pass

*2024-02-09, version 3.0.4*

You should add the ability to show a season pass via the app to establishments in town which offer deals for holders 🤙

### 3/5 — Is this obsolete now?

*2024-01-08, version 3.0.2*

Ski season - still says bike park status. Takes a second to change it. Web site shows lifts that were open in the morning but didn’t update them on the app as they opened throughout the day. Have moved to using website on phone although not ideal. Yellow filter box covers the lift names.
If on a budget, hire a consultant to come and connect the two (app and site) so you only have to update once and stream line everything else. Then you can hire a budget friendly person to update text and status through the season.

### 4/5 — Basic Features Fine, Adv features need work.

*2024-01-08, version 3.0.2*

Basic features work fine like checking the mountain map or lift lines while at the base. Some of the more advanced features seem cool but not super well implemented like tracking your runs and stuff. I largely go to airplane mode while going up the chair, which largely renders the app unusable.

### 3/5 — Annoying pop up

*2024-01-05, version 3.0.2*

Pretty good app, but the pop up for notifications every time I open the app is super annoying, I just want to ride not fumble around with my phone and get my fingers cold.

### 3/5 — Cool App But needs improvement

*2023-01-23, version 2.0.3*

It’s a cool app and would be 5 stars, but on certain lifts I would lose reception which would cause me to leave the session. The devs just need to utilize the phones GPS to keep tracking stats and runs until you get back into service and it can sync everything back up. Probably wouldn’t be too hard to do this, but without it, the app gets annoying when you have to keep re-creating sessions.

### 4/5 — Lacks 1 feature; otherwise great

*2023-01-21, version 2.0.3*

Like the app, but … Forgot to start tracking one day, so I don’t get credit or stats for that day, even though Bachelor obviously knows what lifts I rode. It would be easy enough for the app to coordinate data with info recorded at the lift gates.

### 4/5 — Great app, small text

*2023-01-16, version 2.0.3*

Love the functionality and appreciate the improvements this year. Hoping that developers will at some point add dynamic type/text sizing (feature in IOS display settings) for folks like me who leave my reading glasses in the car.

### 4/5 — Great overall

*2022-03-15, version 1.0.5*

Not always the most accurate but overall a very solid app that I’m happy to use whenever I’m out. Considering a lot of ski resorts don’t even have an app I’m all the more grateful for this one

### 3/5 — Nordic Is too low on list

*2022-03-12, version 1.0.5*

Nordic is second to bottom on the main list. Come on. Also, Nordic trails and tracking of such should be added to the map.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Web links to website don’t work

*2025-01-12, version 4.0.1*

None of the web links that are supposed to provide more detailed information on their website work - they open up a webpage that has the basic Bachelor website header and footer, but don’t contain the information promised.

### 1/5 — Very Limited

*2025-01-09, version 4.0.1*

This app doesn’t even have a way to view your current lift tickets. I would expect with how much this resort charges it would be better equipped.

### 1/5 — App works but they don’t update

*2024-02-16, version 3.0.4*

Seems like the laziest mountain for communication with its customers. They have an app and barely use it.

### 1/5 — Red is blinding

*2024-02-08, version 3.0.4*

Please turn it back from red to white. This is terrible. Ugh.

### 1/5 — You ——- pieces of —— app developers/project managers

*2023-04-03, version 2.0.5*

Blizzard white out conditions suddenly struck on the backside. Got separated from buddy on the backside. Lost/weak cell service. Super deep, nearly dangerously deep powder surrounded by tree wells. Worried that I might not see the catch line and ski past it. And I turn on you app hoping to get a my bearing on your map… “ERROR CANNOT CONNECT TO RESORT SEVER”… your app was UNUSABLE because of that error when it should not have been. Where am I coming from: I have years of experience developing mobile mapping apps and you piece of —— is a dangerous liability for its inabilities to operate off line. Pathetic. Your nonlinear geospatial translations of James Niehues map art were impressive. Obviously someone needs to implement it SAFELY and correctly.

### 1/5 — Could not procure tickets, no help line.

*2023-01-07, version 2.0.3*

I could not obtain my (usual) season pass on line before the September 30 deadline.
I tried to obtain 2-3 day passes on my phone either. No luck, read not available. This was for a 96 hour “special.”
No phone number on the app to contact Mt. Bachelor or ticket purchase help.
Furthermore, cannot even submit a review as requested nicknames are all spoken for.
Bill Healy would not be happy.

### 1/5 — Can’t read well while on the lifts

*2022-01-01, version 1.0.3*

Needs larger font so you can see through your goggles on the lift on a stormy day

### 1/5 — Garbage. Use Bachelor’s website instead.

*2021-12-19, version 1.0.1*

The weather has been been routinely wrong during opening week. And not just by a little. As I write this the actual weather is 31F but the app says currently 20F. Yes it’s been refreshed and shows current time. If you can’t trust the weather on this app can you trust anything else? Like open lifts, wait times, etc. Use the website.

### 2/5 — Seriously? Track our phone in full battery burn only?

*2021-12-29, version 1.0.1*

Useful App. Needs improvements.

In future update please use your lift scan data to record runs and vertical feet.

### 2/5 — forknife

*2021-12-16, version 1.0.1*

app mediocre ok yah

### 5/5 — Great for groups

*2024-03-25, version 3.0.6*

Great way to keep track of the group. Was very impressed in how well connected we stayed with each other all day, all over the mountain

### 5/5 — Nailed it.

*2023-04-07, version 2.0.5*

App has everything in one place. Easy to use and works!

### 5/5 — stats on stats on stats!

*2023-03-07, version 2.0.5*

Tracks rides well, makes it easy to connect with friends on the mountain, loveeee seeing my stats

### 5/5 — Helpful, fun, easy to use

*2023-02-21, version 2.0.5*

App is great! Updated with information that is perfect for first time guests or long-time riders of Bachelor. Highly recommend making leaderboard with your pals for some friendly competition

### 5/5 — Useful & Fun

*2023-02-17, version 2.0.4*

This app is really helpful when heading up to the mountain and while skiing. I especially like to see lift wait times, and where my friends are on the map. We recently started a group leaderboard - very fun way to stir up some friendly competition!

### 5/5 — Add Pause Feature to app tracking

*2022-12-30, version 2.0.3*

I am absolutely loving the tracking in this app, but when I stopped for lunch I wanted to pause it so it didn’t keep using my battery. However there is no pause feature!! I would love love love if they could add that. Otherwise group app :)

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2022-03-16, version 1.0.5*

Mt. Bachelor’s app is great! Easy user interface, tons of useful information, and works well consistently. Absolute necessity when visiting Mt. Bachelor!

### 5/5 — This app does it all!

*2022-03-14, version 1.0.5*

The new Mt Bachelor app is so easy to use and is the best way to stay up to date on current mountain conditions. This app does it all - tracks turns, shows lift status (and estimated wait times!), has webcams, and an easy to use interactive map. They also have the ski patrol number easily accessible and a link to purchase tickets. Definitely recommend downloading before your next trip up to Bachelor!

### 5/5 — Cams

*2022-03-12, version 1.0.5*

Love being able to find the webcams so easily!
