I do not enjoy the 3 commercials about every 5 minutes. I’m a busy man, I usually can’t watch a full episode in one sitting. Garbage ### 3/5 — Too many commercials *2018-12-15, version 2.15.1* I’m happy I can watch the shows I missed when they originally aired, but the commercials..... If you watch a program half way through and want to watch it again later, you can’t just simply forward to the place you left off. They force you to watch all the commercials again and the commercial breaks are often unbearably long. Sometimes showing the same commercials multiple times in the same break. I like the app and the commercials aren’t a “deal breaker”, but I could give it a higher rating if usability and commercials were refined a little. ### 1/5 — Useless *2018-12-11, version 2.15.1* I would LOVE to use this app but, because of some ridiculous reason, it doesn’t work with Verizon! I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it on the AppleTV a number of times. Finding the show one wants to view can be easy or not so easy as if one started to binge watch a series, in my case the show after the live show had finished I had to go when the show was about 40 minutes is - yet it wasn’t in the “Continue watching” area. Easy to start on one device and pick up on another where you left off! ### 1/5 — Too many commercials *2018-08-17, version 2.13.0* Why so many commercials, this app is not completely free, you need to have a cable subscription and pay for it, so why the insane amount of commercials. I’ve used free apps with less commercials than this. However, this velocity go app turns out to be just one almost constant commercial. You watch for like 5 minutes and then you have to sit through 5 to 6 separate commercials. I know you guys have to make money but 5 or 6 commercials in a row? After 4 attempts to log in, just gave up. You can’t watch anything without the app crashing. I don’t know what you changed but please please change it back. I’m about to delete the app and give up. You can reach them at help.discoveryplus.com. ### 1/5 — Not working with Altice One *2021-01-31, version 7.7.2* As title says it’s not logging in with Altice One even thought I have it on my tv. ### 1/5 — Not free as the App Store suggests. *2020-07-23, version 7.6.7* The App Store has this listed as free with no “in app purchases” label next to the “Get” button. It also says this app is “Included with my Spectrum account”. After downloading the app and signing in with Spectrum, every single episode has a red key affixed to it, meaning I can’t watch them. A message appears that says I don’t have MotorTrend included with my Spectrum account. If that’s true, then ok fine — but don’t say that this app is included with my account when it’s not, and don’t label it as free when it’s not. **Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry for the confusion over the app. The app itself doesn't cost anything and you cannot purchase anything within the app, which is why it is listed that way in the app stores. You are required to have a subscription through a TV provider to access all of the content, but there is some free content you can watch that we add to all the time. ### 1/5 — Getting ready for commercials *2020-07-22, version 7.6.7* Seriously too many ads. Literally 16 ads with only 2 mins of program content.
